Rated M for Mature...
I believe this "full release" no longer comes with the Scorched Earth DLC; plus there's a season pass available. Normally, this wouldn't be any more "greedy" than any other game out there, but from the sound of it, this one's more "barely out of beta" than "polished masterpiece." But then again, I'm the jackass who spent $90 on the Gold Edition of For Honor, so what do I know...
Prey for the Gods looks pretty darn cool. Why has it taken this long to get a Shadow of the Colossus clone?
It wouldn't be a Platinum Games game without a chainsaw. ;)
I'm betting there's a motorcycle or too in there, as well.
I can agree with you on a lot of these, however there is a Mote of Light progress bar, but it's kind of hidden. If you hover the cursor over your level in the menu (level, not light level), the pop-up box includes a progress bar. Still this would be more useful I think if it displayed on the HUD like normal exp. did.
Leave it to a TV SHOW to tell you to go outside...
I can understand some fans being upset about this, but I, personally, am excited. I've already got a room full of Nintendo memorabilia, why not some collectables with some function, too? I'd love to have a set of Bowser and the Koopa Kids, or the Triforce trio. And can you imagine being able to store a Pokemon's data in one of these NFPs?
Actually, I believe "H1Z1" is just a play on "H1N1," which is the name of a real human virus that was prevalent during '09.
This game (and its sequel) are pretty mind-blowing. If you like visual novels at all and really mind-bending, thought-provoking storylines, don't pass this up. I wonder how the novel version handles the whole "multiple endings" thing, though...
It would make more sense if this cafe was perched atop a 20-story building... with no railings... ;)
(SPOILER)
Oh... another gelatinous blob monster final boss... how fun.... :/
I wonder what happens if you walk behind it and push it forward...
Because boobs.
So lemme start by saying, I fully support Ninja Theory and their game, but... I think we just got trolled, guys. LOL
Fingers crossed the two games' trophy sets are unified. I wouldn't want to have to collect all the same trophies twice.
Here's hoping these changes (and maybe more) make their way to a "Ninja Gaiden Sigma 3" version for PS3/XB360.
Just called my local Toys R Us in Pasadena, MD and this is officially bogus. There are a couple US promotions this week involving those two games, but nothing that amazing.
Remember kids, if it sounds too good to be true...
I literally just beat this game yesterday! I'm pumped!
Actually, I've gotten a look at the physical retail boxarts for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, and it appears this mistake has been corrected.
EDIT: PlayStation just officially announced these on their Blog and it's legit: Horizon for Extra members. Cool deal. The Quarry made the list, too. Some solid AAAs this month.
Taking a closer look, Horizon is listed with a "Premium" icon on its graphic, so this may (likely) just be a Game Trial and not the full game.
