Well it is true that God of War III is the end of the trilogy but it is not the last of the God of War franchise. I remember reading or watching an interview (sorry don't have my source now I forgot it) with Stig Asmussen, he said that God of War III is not the final game on the God of War franchise as there are more to come.
If I am not wrong its the interview that is a 20 minute long Game Trailers video clip that was released a day before God of War III I think.

And the one with Hades's helm is awesome, looks like Kratos will finally get rid of him looool. Hades has been trying to get him in all of the god of War titles.
