This is a confirmation. I'm waiting for a teaser trailer.
@sidar
that was exactly my point. If anything, the seccond Zelda on the Wii will be better than TP was. Especially with Wii Motin Plus! I was, however, quite dissapointed when Nintendo lacked mention of Zelda @ the press conference.
The games can't use Wii moyion plus until it's released in 2009!

those who still gripe about the press conference havn't read this story.
Twilight Princess graphics were great, and it was released alongside the Wii, before Nintendo even had a chance to push the Wii's graphical power. The one flaw in Twilight Princess was the controls. This new Zelda will probably have similar graphics to Twilight Princess, but it will have 1:1 swordplay.
I'm personally hoping for a direct sequel to TP. What about the Twilight realm?
Zelda II is what they called Zelda: tp before calling it tp.
Nintendo has to show something freakin' huge on wednesday or thursday to live up to it's claim that core gamers would be satisfied with e3. Maybe like a...umm...I don't know, A NEW ZELDA!
God, tell me that isn't what they call 'core'. thatwas all casual and third party games
With better motion sensetivity than the current nunchuk.
It may be useless with old Wii games, but future Wii gameswill utilie this for better controls that would be Impossible without the Wii motion Plus. For example, they couldn't make 1:1 controls for star wars: the force unleashed because with one sensor, it would be impossible to know what angle the Wiimote was being held at.
1:1 controls are suddenly possible!
If sony and microsoft did release motion controlers, just picture what that would make the average consumer think about them. I don't know about everyone else, but I can just imagine, without even thinking, that people would say "Hey look, originality just died in the gaming industry" It would end the Image of all gaming companies as we know it
I agree 1:1 Zelda would be the best announcement for me at e3
Drekkenaren't graphics overrated? Would we all've loved pong if it somehow looked like the games that you like for their graphics? In a way that is biased because you fall in love with every little game that looks good no matter how bad the actual gameplay is.
Man, you must be a complete geekboy slave to sony or microsoft to make a comment full of denial like that. wow.
Nintendo, you know, now would be a perfect time to announce a new Zelda game with 1:1 motion controls with the sword. All Nintendo needs now is better nunchuk sensitivity, and maybe a little extra storage. I think Nintendo will have good news for core gamers during E3.
FYI: the wiimote measues everything. Besides, nintendo could sue over the patent. I'm agreeing with Product.
Have fun covering your eyes while Nintendo wins at e3. Your fanboy behavior is clearly biased, so you are pretending that Nintendo isn't selling so many consoles, the manufacturer can barely catch up. This is still happening after Nintendo doubled production in 2007
This is good news for all! Say, can anyone tell who that is in the screenshot?
Does this new add on mean I can't have one-to-one motion and a nunchuk at the same time?
of course, you sony/microsoft fans are denying that both sony and microsoft will die when the world sees that all they can do is copy. Bsides, Nintendo made the in game speaker originally for the 64.
