One of the best features Home had to me was the ability to unlock physical trophies for earning trophies in Resident Evil 5. I got to put figures of Chris, Sheva, Wesker, etc. in my Home home and that was pretty neat. If more games employed that, it could be really cool.
It's a free game, you should be happy there's any gamerscore at all.
Whilst I don't think the main series needs a break, Insomniac need to stop churning out these spin-off titles. The main PS3 trilogy in "Tools", "Quest" and "Crack" are all fantastic but everything that has come since has not been anywhere near as good.
What most impressed with lately are the Vita offerings. As someone who doesn't own a Vita yet, the instant availability of 7 or so games so far if I purchased is damn tempting.
Why would you request a standalone Mercenaries game? Unless Capcom pump it full of stages, modes and characters from throughout the series and not just stages from 4, 5 and 6, what's the point? I enjoy Mercenaries as part of the main games but it doesn't need a standalone title. And we know Capcom won't put the effort in.

If a new console is announced, it won't be anywhere other than E3. And a late 2013 release wouldn't be too far-fetched if things are far enough along.
Arguably it's already too late. As fantastic as it is, part of the joy that came from playing it was waiting for each new episode, the arrival of which was always welcome. Now that they're all out there, it's not the same. Still awesome though.
Not sure I see the point in paying money for a digital art book really, even if they are cheaper. If I'm buying art, I'd rather it be physical.

As much as I'd love it to be true, I really doubt it. Tidied up, sure, but reworking the entire game would take a lot of work.
