Oh so you only play PS3 exclusives then, because pretty much every single multiplat has graphics and quality the same between BOTH consoles. Dude, you don't know what you're missing.

I'm pretty sure Reach's cutscenes are in real time since your character can have customizable armour in cutscenes. Having pre recorded cutscenes for the number of armour variations would be a big waste of disc space.
Halo Wars and Odst were both below 90...

Not having the save carry over actually does effect the gameplay/amount of content in mass effect 2. There are several characters and the assignments that are ascociated with them that are missing on the ps3 version (eg shiala, conrad verner, gianna) as they are only available through the decisions you make in the first game. So yeah, it would be reasonable for it to lose a point as it is a missing feature when compared to the other versions.
I don't think the comic will let you choose the human councilor as you make that choice in the actual mass effect 2 game.
Halo Reach has been in development since the release of Halo 3, or for 3 years when it releases.
The two games of Uncharted were recieved very well so I think they are AAA.

Anyways if you are going by the sales, Wii sports sells many more than either Halo 3 or MGS4 but is still noticably inferior than those in review scores. It is to bad, if sales were proportional to how well they are critically recieved, a lot more developers will put more effort into making better games.
