I would rather see a return to Vice City first, to keep with the cycle.
All they need to do is to expand Vice City, make it like Just Cause 2 with the different islands. Vice City could be the first small island where you start off at the begining in the bottom left hand corner and the second islands are above then the third bit is the main land.

I love Portal 2 and it's an amazing and funny game but without hardly any replay value like what other GOTY contenders will have like Mass Effect 3/Uncharted 3/Skyrim for example, it's the weakest GOTY contender out of the whole lot

I think when all the characters get shown, they might have another multiplayer trailer using the characters in the story mode with the customization.
It felt funny seeing Nathan and Sully without Elena being the third person in their team in the multiplayer trailer.

Same for me, once I did it spilt screen with a friend I had little interest going back to it. Least in the Single player the humor always made me interested when playing it over and over.
I guess Chells relationship is better then Atlas/P-Bodys with GLaDOS. I just don't find the two robots as appealing as Chell, and the werid thing is, Chell dosen't even talk.
As I've said if an AAA Kinect shootter was possible we would of had it when Kinect launced, since all they said, when Kinect was first revealed as Natal, that it would focus on core and casual audiences.
By the way did they open up or purchase a studio just for this AAA Kinect shooter.
