Only reason I got a Vita was because of the Amazon special this week. I must say I'm disappointed in the lack of quality games that are out for it. They really need some good releases in '13 to keep it afloat or it'll just fizzle out like the PSP did.
The only thing that makes it not worth it is how painfully slow the PSN Store has become on PS3. I mean..the new sorting feature is great and all, but I'd rather have the faster software back.
Metro has horribly dumbed down the Windows GUI. Why on Earth would they get rid of the start menu and over-complicate things with forcing you to make a bunch of dumb tiles to use your programs. It's excess time you don't need to be spending and it's just adding more bloat. Experienced users will stick with 7 or a way to put back in the start button and get rid of Metro.
Like any of you kiddies can afford this. Funny how it's so expensive and yet it's only 720p resolution.

Look at release on PC vs. console now a days at max spec vs. each other and you'll quickly find out just how outdated consoles really are.

It's between BF3 and Rage on PC if we're talking graphics. Gunna be a close one I think. Id Tech 5 and Frostbite 2 are both looking pretty sexy on PC. I'm sure they'll both look amazing maxed out at 1080p with high res textures and max AA.
Blame it on the shitty parents. They let their kid be raised by the TV set and not them. I think the parents are the ones who need to go on trial. Leaving a 9 month old with a 13 yo. TF is wrong with people.
Everything is going to be digital distribution in the next 5-10 years for games. It already works very well for PC. As long as they put big enough HDD's in the new consoles I don't see why it wouldn't work for them as well. Especially with Internet speeds getting fast enough to handle it.

Same stupid argument again. It's basically a wait and see for Sony and Microsoft on how the Wii U does and how much of the market they lose to it. It's all about business and not about need to them (in terms of graphics). If they start losing a lot of share to Nintendo then you'll see the new systems come out a lot faster.
