yeah somewhere between that many frames added now as you. There's a smoothness now compared to the jitters before every now and then. I have all post processing on and everything on ultra except hairworks OFF, foliage visibility, and background characters... those are set to high. Constant 60fps now.
this definitely improved my 780 in the Witcher BIG TIME.

....it's senseless to try to "see" a difference over BS low quality lossy compressed youtube videos. These "comparisons" always make me laugh. You play this game on a PC in real life and there's no need for "comparison" videos, there would be no confusion.
I knew it had to be something. How the hell is a 960 performing on par with a 780. BS somewhere. My card uses about 86% in this game.

I have a 780. Turn off hair works, set bodies on screen to high, foliage to high and shadows to high... everything else on Ultra. All post processing turned on. I get 60fps at 1080p just fine.

I don't understand the whole region thing. I mean it's been the case for a while. They get stuff, and we get stuff. We want games from there they want them from here. If it's Playstation it's Playstation, if it's Sony it's Sony... just make everything available to everybody.

I've wanted to get a GTX980 but I guess I made the right move when I got that GTX780 with 6GB of VRam... haven't had an issue with VRam. I'll just wait until the GTX1080 or 980Ti
well my 780 is actually a 6GB EVGA version. that may have something to do with it too. I should check how much VRAM is being used
