That was hitting roughly 30 frames per second on my "crappy" hardware, turned all the way up and at 1080p for a direct comparison. You can thank Youtube and their ass-tastic compression. :/
Trying to not spoil anything about the game, you have to be very, very picky about what you pick to show. I do believe that had I not put the tags on there to say which side was which, you'd have a very hard time telling me which platform was on each half, which demonstrates my point.
It was very redeeming from ME3, that's for sure.
Been working on my review for about a week and a half now. He's underselling it. Exploration in this game is absolutely huge. This GAME is absolutely massive, and I think it's going to surprise a lot of people.
BF4's constant crashing makes that a low bar to hurdle, but I'll agree. :)
AHHHH!!! I see what you did there. *wink wink, nudge nudge*
Gut reaction is that it is easily bigger than Skyrim. I'd argue that the Hinterlands alone are bigger than Skyrim. It's pretty damned massive.
I'd agree except they really changed up the motion in this one. Sure, the recoil is not realistic, and it's hard to combine realism and "the future", but it sounds like Sledgehammer is raising the game on this one.
No whammies, no whammies, no whammies.....and STOP! I hope I win. :D
Those are some stumpy-assed robots.
It's really tough with these older properties to write a coherent storyline that can bring it up to what the current audience might expect. Shame as everyone associates Pac Man with a golden age of gaming.
Very very different game than Destiny. The humor in this one is literally laugh out loud in some points.
Why change tactics when the money flows like water?
I wasn't paying attention to this one waiting for Star Citizen, but this looks pretty damned awesome. Might be the game for me to pull the trigger on the Oculus Rift.
Lol! Yes, yes it is.
For those of us with "Day 1" systems, it's an easy sell for sure.
Sincerely....I really don't like that song Super Bass. Just terrible.
You guys DO realize that the builds shown were months old right? There is a code train moving forward to certification, there is a code train being polished for demos, and those are not the same builds. The game industry has been doing this for literally decades. This isn't news.
As I put in my review, Chapters 1, 9 and some of the ending are tense and scary. Other than that, it's straight up Resident Evil for the most part. I expected more horror out of my survival horror I guess.
Sadly, that's the state of most "fans" nowadays. :/
