No,it is a multiplatform game.
Though there is a rumor of it being timed exclusive for the 360,but that is unlikely as it would only serve to damage sales.
I would love to see Ground Zeros snake in there,but most of all I would love to see some Final Fantasy represented.

I would love to replay Twilight Princess in glorious HD.
I think they chose WindWaker because its style of graphics are Much easier to port to HD.
They needed legendary characters like her.
Not having people like Snake,and Cloud Strife is what messed the game up.But instead we got some stupid cat >:\
Don't get me wrong I love the game it just needed a way bigger roster.
In no way is this game better then MGS4,I mean just watch risings cutscenes.They are terrible,sure the gameplay is fun but everything else is just a mess.
Hk had very little say in the game,he even stated that he wasnted to have the game before mgs4 but PLatinum put it after.

More on point all I want is for Sony to focus on making games,but with more variety(as in Rpg's,action games and such).
One thing Sony really Needs to do is start advertising.
@ShadowRaiden The story is not done by Kojima,kojima even stated in a interview that he wanted the story to be before mgs4 not after.He then further went to say that it was PLatinum games who made the story after 4 and that the game is pretty much up to them.Kojima does not seem to approve of the game.
Kojima has extrememly limited control over MGR,just google it.
As for the combat it's fun but its ridiculous and far to over the top for MG.
While I think they are doing a terrible job on MGR,they do a pretty good job on their own games.
