Honestly I don't see how Sony saw this playing out, they have literally handed a win to Xbox here. Being in the UK it's a big issue with the cost of living being in the headlines and being felt by everyone daily, and they go and increase the price of a console thats 2 YEARS OLD, absolute lunacy.

Honestly I've thought this looked pretty cool from the first time I saw it but that's probs because we've been starved of actual current gen only games. I will say though that main town Cipal looked like an absolute ghost town.
I'm in the same boat mate, got probs 4 hours in and just never ended picking it up again, will give it another go once this update releases.

Honestly the amount of PlayStation fan boys on this site made me stay away for so long. Started to use other forums and news sites, it seems to be getting better recently though, think people are finally growing up and realising you can actually go out and purchase more than just one plastic box.

Just for the heads up, VRR is only supported in 4K and 1080p, not in the new 1440p option. This is stated at the bottom of the blog post.
It was a genuine question, I used to get steelbook editions if they were avaliable but never met anyone who would buy a single game like 4 or 5 times on launch that's all
