It is going to be avaliable for download tomorrow, as European ps store update always takes place on Wednesday.
I wrote the review, and I agree with you completely. If it was a pc only game it would have been a much more satisfying and complex experience. Just like the newest iteration of the Dirt franchise which is PC only.

The reasoning behind me leaving some features out of the review is simple. It is extremely easy to avoid it, and to be honest it is not really a jumpscare. When You enter that part of the mine just avoid looking to the left at the first turn. If you'll continue walking straight without looking at the miner, he won't be triggered. When I've played it for this review I've actually approached him because I hoped he is another puzzle/investigation, but when I've reached him he just killed me.
