I'm glad to see Brave Fencer Musashi on a list. I thought it was an amazing little gem. I would also personally throw on Legend of Dragoon
I'm actually fairly new to MAG, I bought it after I bought my move, and I have no trouble finding a game to play. Move was the only reason I purchased MAG because I'm a die hard keyboard + mouse gamer for fps games. The move has allowed for that flick of the wrist effect I so love.
My wife and I have been watching the series Bones on both wired and wireless ps3's. The buffer is less than 3 secs and its uninterrupted after that. I am in awe at the difference between disk and disk-less versions of netflix.
The psp 1000 has yet to fail me when it comes to quality games. I'm sure when the psp2 comes, they will continue with the quality of the product. I just hope for a wider 3rd party installation, maybe even an open source kit for some mini-like titles.
most gamers I have ran into have at least one console and a pc. Either way, its a win for me and most likely a day one buy.
Its crazy to think I have had a PlayStation in my living room before high school and has carried me on pass college. Its even crazier to think that in four months it will have endured my wedding and continue on in my marriage. Truly a system that has aged well and continues toward an even better future.
For a 5 year old handheld system, I have to admit that Ready at Dawn knows how to push the limit between beauty and brutality. Gona pick this one up for sure.
lol yea I have the original phat 1000 but I still love it, monster hunter and Valkyrie Chronicles are sharing my time at the moment. Waiting for Ghost of Sparta and VC3 to come out. But, the price point is going to be the biggest factor. Sony has a history for being on the pricey side however I believe it is because they choose not to skimp out on quality parts. Keeping it below $250 would be great as it would allow for a competitive price not just against Nintendo but, also all the Smart pho...
This is true for us PC builders, in six months our rigs become out of date. Some sooner than others but six months is an average time period. This can also be seen as a good thing because that means within a years time, we can upgrade to the "next gen" parts that are now six months old. The price difference is amazing but the quality is still the same. Go for the brand parts, just don't fall for the "next gen" bit of it, wait a year and it will be worth it both for you...
Lol yea it kinda sucks but it can be a fun factor also. Demon Souls did an amazing job by allowing black phantoms to invade your game, adding an additional level of difficulty to an existing unforgiving yet amazing game.
It's inevitable that the developers would start tapping into the ps3's "full potential". One of the best examples would be God of War on PS2. I believe it released on the systems 8th year.
I've never tried 1 or 2 but I've always wanted. I love co-op campaign games so ill probably jump into part 3. Does it have move support? I'm really digging the move controls on MAG
Probably a day one for me. If they ever give a release date...
I agree with your examples and have one of my own.
A hardcore gamer could be compared to an individual who reads multiple novels with various levels of depth and commitment requirements to recalling previous events(series novels for example). If they keep at it, they will thoroughly enjoy the total experience.
A casual gamer could be an individual who reads their favorite magazines. The depth and commitment are usually less demanding however the total exper...
I have the Original 60gb + the slim (bed and living room). Truly a must have for my game/media needs
one of my all time favorites along with Legend of Dragoon
