It's a shame they couldn't DO "the right moves" from launch. Scary to think that if it wasn't for Sony (once again giving us so much for so little money) what kind of crappy service and horrible console would M$ be giving us...
A digital only console with every game £50+, a £600 console and kinect and a load of other crap that would kill gaming or at least move us all over to PCs.
But exclusives give us the best experience possible with the developer not holding back so that the version of the game on the other console doesn't look worse (by a notable degree). If the Last of Us was on the 360 it wouldn't be the same game. It would have worse graphics and less time spent on the game so they can make it work for another console.

It's the principle too. Look at how M$ does business compared to Sony. While Sony does give to their consumers M$ takes away and ignores what we want. A good example being that none of us wanted kinect...

Exclusives for the win!
With multi-format games there are always compromises which results in a worse experience for the gamers.
If M$ did an XB1 with Titanfall bundle for £350 it would.
But M$ refuse to drop kinect... I just pre-ordered the PS4: Infamous bundle and I am definitely an Xbox fan. Too much money for a console that has worse specs, no 1080p games (or not many)and some games with less than 60fps of which is troubling considering how new the console is.

RE4 stopped just before the line of forever changing a series in terms of genre and style.
Its vast success inevitably resulted in the developers pushing the series well past that line in order to concoct the catastrophe that is RE5 and eventually RE6; (this game's trailer, even before first gameplay footage, revealed to me how abysmal it was going to be and I found myself wishing the studio into bankruptcy.
The success of the films reiterates everything I have said about what seems to be the general public in the western side of the world...
They all like crap films with no degree of sophistication.
They like music with no soul.
They like mild and weak flavoured food.
They like crap coffee.
And they like the worst kind of TV - just look at you Saturday night TV guide.
The reason being that it is easy and doesn't require a love...

Look at Dragons Age.
Look at Mass Effect even.
All great franchises that began to change throughout the series in order to "attract CoD fans".

RE5 and 6 were so bad I snapped the RE5 disc; didn't buy RE6...
The problem with this is the PS4 is still the better console. As much as I love the XB1 controllers and as much as I want to play Titanfall I have to be smart...

With EA ultimately calling the shots my hope for any Bioware game isn't as great as it once was... look what they did to Dead Space too; I had such I hopes for visceral
After this talk please talk about an improvement in graphics and actual gameplay choice! The artstyle is fine but overall the graphics are like PC games out of a cereal box and the amount of choice you actually have is quite pitiful.
They are ok but I would pay damn near full game price for the same game but a true HD/next gen graphics conversion; alas this would be like making a new game as some developers have already stated so my dream for a RE4, Bioshock, GTA san andreas on PS4 is evidently dead in the sand; to be honest it was from the moment I thought about it.
These HD remakes aren't worth it due to their crazy high price for minimal improvement.
Does anyone care about this franchise anymore. I mean I know millions still buy it but this franchise along with fifa and assassins creed is a perfect example of making the same game over and over with minor improvements (if any) and milking it for all it and we are worth. "We" meaning you as I don't waste my money. Last COD game was MW2.
Shouldn't these features and more have been added before launch. You had 8 years to bloody do it!
Another reason to buy a PS4 and not an Xbox or before an Xbox (depending on when M$ bring the price down.)
More RPG elements please!!!!!! The same as before but perhaps a skill tree or some sort of element of choice other than a simple open world action game. Naughty Dog did it with The Last of Us...
