Plus, they just had two of the highest selling consoles ever last generation. Sega had several failing consoles in a row and we almost bankrupt when they went third party.

I recommend looking at the new trailers, and ign play through some of the levels. It really changed my mind about this game. I'm totally looking forward to this game now, and based of the comments on other articles like this and the gameplay videos, others feel the say way too.
The difficulty is why games like this aren't suited for the gaming media to formally critic. It takes time to be good at games like this. It takes actual skill you have to build up over many sessions, not just 6 or 8 hours.

Eh, its too obvious in its fan service. Its like they are telling me just to stare at her. It also seems extremely impractical for what she is doing too.
I would have prefered her physical design to be more subtle, and to be memorable for than just boobs. She will probably be a cool character, personality wise, but I think this just takes away from it. They should not have just made some character that the average person would look and think she is only there for fanservice....

I really think they are making a mistake not to bring it to all consoles, especially the Wii U and Vita. They both need titles to help their comebacks, without the the Wii U version, you can't have Link in the game (one of the most memorable things about this game), and fighters generally sell pretty well on the Vita.

Nintendo hasn't been very good with marketing anything regarding the Wii U recently, so I don't think it would be wise for them to rely on their marketing after removing the most prominent and marketable part of the Wii U.
That pretty much defeats the purpose of there being a gamepad. It wouldn't work because of several reasons.
1. The gamepad would be too expensive for most people to want to buy one separately (approximately $150).

Did you read the article, he doesn't want to make a sequel because of creative reasons and the problem with too many sequels in the industry. Besides we haven't seen how the Wonderful 101 will do in the US, or how the game will do in the long run. Plus, did Sega really think a late HD version of a series that has never been on Nintendo consoles would really sell well, especially since they only sold it in Japan?
