Why were you under that impression? (serious question)
I do hope that they have been working on it for quite awhile now, and that they just now decided to let us know they have been working on something.... then again, I haven't read the article... which i should do...
Well, here's to playing a new Hitman... someday... hopefully...
True... but it is 'action' in a sense, is it not? I get what you are saying though... branding Hitman (if that is indeed what game they are referring to) an action game kinda makes it seem like they are trying to change the image of Hitman; suggesting that they may be changing the complex formula of what made Hitman great, unique, deep, fun, dynamic, etc, and one of the greatest franchises that I have ever played...
Kinda worried that they may go for the linear, cine...
haha, you mean Socom 4, right? It's okay, I got KZ3 on the mind as well.
I wish I felt the same.... use to, but not anymore. I'm cautiously optimistic at this point... It all depends on how well Zipper listens to the community, and I don't really know if they will or not, seeing how all these changes are detached/disconnected as it is.
That's my opinion though, people can be excited or worried, i'm not going to make a big deal about it if they feel differently than me.
but it was nothing, lol.
Oh, boy! I'm glad to know... whoever this guy is, tell us that the PS3 has finally come into it's own... and officially, too! Where would we be without him?
WTF are you talking about? Stop being an ignoramus. Even with classic mode, the game is taking a major change for the worst. No lobbies. No pistols, apparently. Two primary guns. No lean. Killstreaks. And so much more.

You are the one bitching about us being legitimately and reasonably concerned ...
Wow... the ignorance. Have you ever even played Socom before? With the exception of confrontation, it was almost never like that. 30 min? Really? Overly-exaggerating much? Also, games rarely lasted that long. Games started quickly and they started with everyone in them at the same time, not the bullshit matchmaking/join systems we have now where you get put into a game (of it's choice, not yours) after it starts, in the middle, or end. If there were ever anyone who didn't green up or ...
In what possible f*cking way does the console versions "dumb" down your precious and "superior" PC version? This is almost never the case. You guys usually get way more customization, modding capabilities, graphic/performance fidelity, server options, player count, etc etc... if anything we console owners get the inferior and ported versions... I just don't get this animosity towards console owners from PC owners, that have this superiority complex... like they are som...
ah, the reason I was asking is because i think i heard something similar... not sure where...
