Neckbeards? Wanting to play a game with a traditional controller, like they have been played for decades, is now considered a "neckbeard" thing to want? Lol ok guy.
Another leak of a supposed mock up of the dev unit showed a "SD card slot", so take that for what you will. I can't see them not going the SD route.
Another stupid "downgrade" article? Games are always revealed on the PC engine. GASP, the PS4 doesn't look the same as the trailer? Welcome to PC versus console gaming, where this has been the story for the better part of two decades.
Temporarily messed up is all. The game will make up any lost sales on PC and PS4, that much is guaranteed.
This doesn't mean much to me.Unreal Engine 4 tech demo has to run on one hell of a rig and looks incredible, yet we've yet to see a game look as good as that tech demo, which is usually true for ANY tech demo, because they're just that..a demo.
Normally I would agree but we have to assume the dev kits are hitting third party developers now. It's hard to say how long first party Nintendo devs have had their hands on the device. We could easily see a 2016 release with say Zelda with a WiiU/NX release, a new Mario, splatoon 2, so on. Nintendo has plenty of first party games to flesh out their release window until third party ramps it up, they just failed to keep up with demand on the Wii U due to how hard HD coding was. Their quote...
@Ravenor
How would marketing Until Dawn be any different than any other game? Every gaming commercial either shows the cut scenes of the game or have real life actors and set pieces (like Halo 5 has going currently)
There's literally no difference. And wow, you studied marketing. Respond with that bit of info when you've actually been in the job of marketing. Studying something doesn't make you an expert or instantly make your opinion better. <...
Bloodbowl 2 I've heard has a lot of technical issues, and frankly a title I see going very cheap on a flash sale or Black Friday digital sale. Wasteland 2 is revamped and although a bit rough to comprehend off the bat, really becomes easy to grasp once you read and take your time with tutorials.
Better is subjective when the genre is completely different from it's past.
I don't agree. Marketing it like the interactive game it is would make the most sense. A movie trailer, complete with the movie voice guy and actors involved with scenes to show case the graphics and story.
It's not that difficult.
Apple controls their app store tightly to ensure a constantly flawless app eco system. Anyone who actually uses an Apple product understands that. In comparison, the Play Store is riddled with fake apps, malware, and apps that just don't work. I'll take the working app store any day.
And the game, as you pointed out, isn't updated. I mean it's not like Apple gives developers months to update their games to the upcoming iOS release to avoid having their games t...
Hey Patrick(author of this article) get a new job, cause this one ain't working for ya. You decided to use Fallout as an example, then continued to say how Fallout wasn't the problem, but it was the idea behind paying for DLC before its out in general. So why have Fallout as your target? Wouldn't be for hits would it!?!?
Also, many developers announce DLC before the game releases now, Bethesda did nothing out of the norm, and I would expect a "Fallout 4 has g...
It's turned based but it is still a dungeons crawler with a top down view. Just don't as "action oriented" as the games you mentioned.
I personally feel like original Xbox support would have a bigger impact than the current push for 360 support.
Right now everyone already either has these games or played them. With original Xbox support, many people may have a collection of old games but their Xbox failed years ago, giving them the ability to play these games again.
Who wants to play Fallout 3 when they just bought Fallouf 4? Who wants to play Just Cause 2 when they just bought 3? Who want...
So Phil, instead of spending time, money, and resources in to getting us sequels to these known beloved games, you're more worried about getting these games playable on your "next gen system"?
They're rare and hard to come by these days. Anyone who wants to play them would have to go digitally in most cases, and everyone who owns them ready has played them and has been requesting a sequel since playing them 5 years ago.
Come on Phil, give u...
"Distinct arcade feel" means what exactly? More terrible controls?
I won't be purchasing this expansion unless they completely redo the handling to at least give me the option of a true, semi sim feeling. I realize this game isn't catered to sim racing fans, but the driving is on a whole other level of bad and it needs to be addressed head on.
You can almost bet they're going to be. Why not just get a cheap 80$ 2TB that's found regularly on Amazon? These are gonna be for the super casual who don't realize you can even do that and think you'll need this super special green edition.
But why include multiplayer for 2 old games when you're putting a new installment on to the system in question? You'd separate your online user base between 3 games. And that's just silly.
The online will shine with 4, leaving 1-3 to be their core single player experiences. Resistance may on the other hand see the multiplayer side, especially if 4 is never to release.
hardware and patents I'll assume
This site is letting these clickbait slide sites post now? Get real N4G. How much more trashy are you going to get?
