Just like 2008 (Great sales, MGS4, R2, LBP) and 2009 (UC2 and Slim redesign). This year also belongs to the PS3. Most exclusives, and up until now it's selling better.
Halo Reach in September, Black Ops in November. That's a whole months (actually more) apart. More than enough time for both titles to get some great sales.
Besides, MS wouldn't release Halo and Gears in the same year. It wouldn't make sense.
They weren't kidding when they said it'd be fast. This game looks pretty good. Too little gameplay to judge though. I'll have to wait and see.

There is a BIG difference between "leaked" and revealed. In this case, Sony has purposely revealed KZ3, LBP2, and now Infamous 2 through gaming publications.
You have to understand that, Sony wanted to reveal this games. Heck, these publications probably paid to be the first to reveal the games.
So again, these games haven't been leaked. They were officially unveiled. It's all part of Sony's plan.
Yep, Bioshock 2 definitely didn't live up to the original. It was a good game (8/10 imo) but I was really let down. Especially since the online was so bad.
Well that's the reason I love the PS3. So many amazing TRUE exclusives. Worth every penny I paid for it.
InFAMOUS 2? Amazing. This year's Sony E3 is going to be PACKED. Just think about it. KZ3, LBP2, and inFAMOUS 2 all announced before E3? I can't imagine what Sony is keeping up their sleeves. It's going to be EPIC.
I won't be buying it. After playing the near perfect MGS4, I don't want to be disappointed by this.
Well, it might not be so literal. Perhaps it's symbolic in that this game will be from the point of view of the Helghast (since we played as Sev in KZ2, he turns into the Helghast).

Yea, I still have a hard time believing how huge UC2 was. It deserved every bit of praise it got. Truly the best game this gen (so far).
I would recommend this more as a rental or a 40 dollar purchase.

It's a great games and fun, but it's no Game of the Year. The Story is good, but not mindblowing. The gameplay is alright but it's far from amazing. It's a good rental, but compared to games like ME2, GOWIII, Heavy Rain, and Red Dead Redemption it just doesn't stack up.
Why would you be disappointed? Bioshock had no multiplayer and it turned out to be an amazing game. I'm one of those people who hates the fact that many people these days seem to think that a game needs to have Multiplayer. If they can make a lengthy, interesting SP campaign with replayability then I'm all for it.
