Improving would actual mean exceeding what they promised a year ago. You don't get to say improving until they are at a point Stadia promised originally. Trying to meet most of original promised expectations they made is not something that should be cheered as if it was a good thing. It is bad thing from the start with false promises. Tthey screwed-up and outright lied about the service to get people to buy into it early on. I know several people who bought a Founders' when it went o...
Same PS4 fanboy response. Lack of reading skills I see.
Fact is Phil was talking about all of next-gen as a whole not a particular console. Looking at all the other PS fanboys responses here it just laughable with the "Phil is full of bullshit" then that means you all believe the PS5 is not going to be a leap of any magnitude either because Phil was all about next-gen, meaning the PS5 capability as well. Or does this only ring true when the demi-god Cerny talks...
I will pit Phil's knowledge of gaming history and games in general against almost anybody (definitely more then N4G). He actually plays on all platforms (including PS and Switch) He is true gamer and long standing one. He is not a Ryan who probably only can be seen with the PS console and a controller in hand when when there is a photo op to be had. And Cerny, a smart guy, but, he probably hasn't played much since Marble Madness days. He is probably too busy enticing little boys and...
5 of those downloads were mine . My brother who actually bought the Founders Edition and shared with me was probably another 3 downloads (PC, his Pixel 3a, Chromebook). My point is I doubt we are outliers with multiple downloads. Most people who have tried this service have downloaded the app more the once. Give me MAU showing a million active users in a month then I will give a nod to Google for doing better then I thought (only because it took PSNow almost 5 years to cross a million.) But...
Technically out of the two MS is the computer hardware company not Sony. MS makes laptops, desktops, 2-n-1s, and expanding into new forms (e.g Duo). .With respect to computers Sony has not made a single PC (laptop, desktop) since 2013. This whole idea that one company is a hardware maker the other is software has not been correct for quite a while now.
It gests stacked. So when your "All Access" contract is paid off (and you decide not continue) you will have that console plus 2yrs left of Game Pass (I suppose it will be converted to GP Ultimate). They currently don't prorate/discount your All Access costs based on any current established Live or GP credit.
OnLive does not exist. It was patent buy for the most part. All that OnLive tech was tossed aside. PS Now is almost entirely based on Gaikai not OnLive. The funny thing is OnLive had more subscribers (1.8 million) in 2012 then PS Now had seven years later with PS Now (< 1.5 million).
@grieve4steve "You get free access to a machine that is capable of 4k."
Yeah, if the machine were local it might be capable enough. But, streaming that machine sucks balls. The X, you know the one Stadia mocked at their reveal ("we are more powerful then a X and Pro combined" spiel) , routinely beats the holly hell out of Stadia Even games that were held us being 4K at the reveal are running at 1080p on Stadia compared to running at 4K with h...
The shape looks like the 360 controller. Definitely closer looking to the 360 then the DS4. The 360 doesn't have that apron look because all though it is two tone as well, the black is almost exclusively on the bottom not splitting the top into areas that give the DS that apron look people are referring to.
Jogging is not a vector for spreading the virus. What do you think people do when the run? Do you imagine there it is normal for a the large group of 10-20 people all bunched up together, touching each other, coughing as on each other as they run? Maybe if there were a marathon or a 10k event that closeness of runners on top of each other might be true. Walking and jogging are perfectly fine if practiced as most people have done for decades before all this craziness. And that ancient prac...
@ocelot07 Still not how it works. Often even if they lose majority stake in the company by going public, it may lead to a situation where it actually increases their established control. A 51% ownership going public would certainly dilute his shares. But, he may technically own a percentage of special class of stock. A class of stock that may have more voting rights but, less of others (e.g. requiring special steps to sell). There is a misconception that one share equals one vot...
@Jin_Sakai So you mean the XSX is a 24TF machine? Well then good to know. /s In fact that is why RPM is made fun of because that is how it was put forward by Cerny and fanboys grab onto as secret sauce. It has value (no one has said it doesn't) but, in most situations it will not be doubling anything. It definitely is not some killer feature as was lauded by many back with the PS4 Pro with some magic ability to double TFLOPS and beat the X. Or are you somehow forgetting all ...
