He doesn't mention Uncharted any where. He was strictly speaking about cover system and him thinking that they helped establish 3rd person cover based genre. Although to his defense he doesn't claim that they invented cover system, only that they established it. I'll give him that. Killswitch did it but it was poor execution, probably due to hardware limitations at the time.

There is no way Sony let's MS have one year head start again, no way! This is why I see new xbox and PS in 2013. Probably announced next year, released fall 2013. But next 2 years on pS3 are going to be great imo. I just hope they cut price down to 199$. I already have mine, so I don't care. But I want to see more people buy this amazing system.

Yesterday I wrote that I miss Phil Harrison.
Since that Japanese (Shu Yoshueida or whatever) guy took over he has been cutting PS3 projects left and right. First thing he did was to cut 8 Days and GetAway. BTW- where is full disc Whipeout that was on the way while Phil was there? O yeah cut for EyePet. If Phil stayed on his position we would be looking for sequel of those games. What a shame.

Called this months ago. In couple of years Insomniac will begin self publishing (other then Ratchet and Resistance - I know those are owned by Sony) their IPs and won't develop exclusive games for Sony platforms. Remember my words.
They will continue working on Resistance and Ratchet for now, but if this deal with EA works, you will see them at first completely move in that direction, because like they said from now on they want to keep ownership over IPs in the future. First big ...
