I've spent about 5 hours playing the game now and I pretty shocked how low they scored this. I've always like gamespot because they are more critical of games and even though it's one reviewers opinion I feel like it's not a fair score. It's a good game not perfect but good. If you are a fan of this series and like a more challenging take on it I'd say pick it up. If I were to score it I'd give it somewhere around a 7 or 8 based upon what I've played so far.

This game was the first game in a long time at e3 that I was blown away by. Cannot wait to see more .
I know im gonna get hammered for this but here it goes. Im about 20 hours in on mgs 5 its a good game for sure but having just spent 40 hours in mad max i feel I enjoyed thay game so much more. Both are great but overall I had a more enjoyable experience with mad max.
That sucks for those this happened to. I guess I was lucky had no crashes or anything my first playthrough
Great game side ops do get repetitive though. I like how they let you complete the missions how you want but its kinda lame going to the same outpost over and over again.
The Witcher 3 had some of the best side quests I've played in any game to date. Mgs 5 is a great game but the witcher 3 absolutely blows it away in content.
I don't play these types of games but I'm glad I listened to the positive feedback and bought it. Absolutely loved it

Playing it and watching it are completely different. Yes the video is boring but when you pit two teams against each other that work together it turns into something special. Yes I have played it.
Got a chance to play this at the gamestop expo in Vegas. Had an amazing experience with it.
Honestly I'm still trying to figure out how gamespot gave this game the same score as fallout. 5 hours in it's not a bad game. It's a more challenging take on the darksiders series. It's got some technical issues where frames become choppy loading a new environment but aside from that its alot of fun. Dont like ign much these days but a 7 is fair.
