I don't mind videogames being realistic. The important thing is that the elements don't feel like a chore. What I don't like about videogames now is that they are all about being open worlds. Some of them are really filled with the same stuff and yet they are empty.
I am going to admit I have a sort of bias towards Kojimbo. The MGS franchise is one of my favorite ones just because of his unique approach to stealth, attention to detail and story/characters. In fact, I was very excited to see him back in the game with Death Stranding but I have to admit that what has been shown has not caught my eye. The graphics look amazing and the A-listers actors are top-notch but the gameplay feels far too familiar and bland. I don't want to judge a whole game bas...
Since 2013 Rockstar has been printing money with GTA Online. They haven't even added a RDR2 single player expansion. On top of that, they have lost their guts. It's not 2006 anymore, people would bash Bully 2 with unnecessary controversies.

It's looks spectacular. Soundtrack is godly too. I just hope the sidequests are better than XV and day 1 for me.
