No it wasn't, there's characters in the game that talk in all sort of manners yet the English localization just turns them all into Shakespeare which heavily impact their personality!
sometimes a character surprises you by getting vulgar yet the localization is still dignified proud speech, that impacts the character, and this happens all the time, every character speaks the same in English when in Japanese, you can literally see them using all sorts of expressions and manne...
