No worries :-)
It feels like I'm constantly resolving to never buy one of these special editions again, and then I see a new one, and go into this 'childlike awe' mode; maybe because it reminds me of the old infocom games like Guild of Thieves, where you'd get an edition with newspapers, novellas, novelty coins etc. I really need to stop lol...

Cool. But 'midnight forces' sounds like a porno parody of a Steven Segal movie.
I get your point and respect it. I hope for more intelligent conversation these topics, rather than the simple shut-down promoted by fundamentalist types. It is my view that a Christian should be more concerned with his or her actions toward others, not the entertainment they consume. I believe that if someone's faith is strong enough, no content, no matter how un-christian in its leanings should be uncomfortable. That said, I cannot speak for all Christians, nor would I want to. ...
The same as everyone else? I mean, if a game offends your Christian sensibilities, you either don't understand your religion at all or you're putting words into your God's mouth. At what point exactly did your Yahweh say "thou shalt not channel your aggression into a harmless, and ultimately meaningless pastime". He didn't, because he's God, not the thought police.
Sounds legit...
@shad0wrunner. First things first, don't be so bloody rude, he answered your question politely. And most likely correctly; the density of Npcs has been increased for next gen, which makes it significantly less likely that cross-platform play will be supported.
So next time someone takes time out of their day to answer your question, at least read their answer before you go get arsey.
EDIT: oh, and the ps3 friends comment? Sounded a hell of a lot like...
I also have other hobbies. But that doesn't mean I, and others like me, shouldn't get what we pay for.
Not quite, an oxymoron would contradict. You can release regularly for five minutes or five years. But I get ur point.
My sentiments exactly. yeah, I consider myself a hardcore gamer, but I am not arrogant enough to consider my gaming habits any more valid than those of casuals.
I don't know, thinking about his smug face is 'influencing' my rage mode right about now lol
I agree. Although I almost reflexively disagreed with you, because it's an expression an old manager of mine used to use to me all the time lol. Anyway, a agree that we cannot draw any conclusions yet, but this game looks very promising...

I can only pray that, in order to outright deny that the hack ever took place, Phil Spencer has to hold a press conference confirming that Microsoft's official position on Kotaku and Gaf is "yes, they are pretty much fudgepackers".
I am lucky enough to have both consoles (does that make me a 'pony boner'?) so my enjoyment isn't enriched by sweet, sweet fan-tears.
Correction, he never really tried in the first place.
O/T looking forward to this game immensely, here's hoping it delivers on my rather lofty expectations.
I'm still playing titanfall, it's actually really good fun in bursts. Will likely last me until the next big ps4 and x1 release.
@devwan I am indeed, and I have used the ps4 voice commands. They work pretty well, but I tend to use them rarely if at all. As I have a ps camera (and therefore a handsfree mic array) and, as and when the responsiveness of ps4 voice commands improves, I shall give them another whirl. The main reason I use voice commands on XBox so often, is that my Satellite box is on the pass-thru; therefore it's just quicker in most instances to switch between TV, Netflix and gaming.
Yeah, please don't tell us how to feel. The truth is, we stuck up for destiny from day one, and this is the thanks we get for having faith in the product.
