Give the guys a break. I'm pro Sony but I'm a gamer, fable is good and if the guys can get it for free then hell yea! Course the fans are going to be excited. Absolutely no need for Sony comments in this thread, let the guys enjoy the 1st good bit of news in a while. Enjoy!!
In game footage? How am I going to steer with the camera panning 360 degrees like that?
I would imagine if only on x1 console that it will still be out on PC too. The mod community alone on pc for Bethesda games is awesome and there is no chance that Bethesda would alienate the PC market. So maybe console exclusive but then it isn't "exclusive"
They have had a remake on iOS recently but I didn't like the touch controls
I'm quite liking the Ouya, but, it will be sitting in my sons bedroom so I can educate him on old school gaming via emulators. Blinding moment recently was watching him destroy the opposition on speedball 2 on STeem :)
I'm not overly keen on their annual releases but they are called Ea sports so to show sports games in quite logical :)
Looks good, real good. Just wonder if my pc will run it looking that good, got a feeling it will crawl at 15fps. Still prefer driveclub but this does look pretty cool
Found it equally surprising they replied to a rumour instead of waiting a couple of weeks
It isn't going to happen, Sony have already stated multiple times about not having to go online etc. this repeated request to Sony to confirm what they have already confirmed is just a tactic to divert the heat away from the x1.
If publishers are applying pressure then Sony should say a big f u to them. The publishers will ultimately need Sony more than Sony will need them. Lets fast forward a year, MS have released the x1 with all the restrictions and the likes of EA, A...
Also don't forget the small print at the end of each section
"As we move into this new generation of games and entertainment, from time to time, Microsoft may change its policies, terms, products and services to reflect modifications and improvements to our services, feedback from customers and our business partners or changes in our business priorities and business models or for other reasons. We may also cease to offer certain services or products for similar reas...
I just had a marketing email come through about the x1 and it says "built by gamers for gamers"
I'm sure I've heard that somewhere else recently /)
Or this?

Interesting. Do you think they will use kinect to verify both parties? I'm sure that would of been all over the net by now? That is certainly a factor I never even considered
I'm still not buying this console but as a gamer it interests me immensely as the ramifications for the industry as a whole could be massive. This is one of the first posts I've seen that doesn't decend into a xb1 sucks! Or ps4 rules! It's the 1st post I've read recently that tries to apply logic to how it would work, and for that sir I applaud you :)
@brutallyhonest
Call me naive, but I thought it was all legit. I have never seen a MS conference before, and while I wasn't overly impressed with the look of the box, or the focus on sport and tv, I did think the interface looked really crisp and snappy. Its amazing that all this tomfoolery is allowed
The only thing I don't like about the system is the online portion to get platinum. I play purely single player and don't like missing out on a platinum because I haven't played 500 rounds online. Bar that think they are ok. My bro plays near enough online the whole time and he can't stand them. Each to their own I guess
No way! It doesn't matter who gets the fee, there shouldn't be a fee in the 1st place! There is no "used game problem", that was until ms invented it. The problem for me has been, make the game decent and maybe complete in the 1st place and maybe I won't want to sell it!? Don't hold back on content to release as dlc the same friggin day the game is released, don't go for micro transactions and try and make stupid money on costumes etc. don't release the same ...
This is wrong. Dlc for multiplayer fine, but the single player should be complete on release, and announcing before the game is even out is wrong as well. I've gamed for 30+ years but am really considering not bothering as dlc, micro transactions, in game purchases etc are absolutely killing gaming for me. What is wrong with just having a good decent priced one off purchase. I long for the days where you brought a game and the way you got extra content was TO PLAY THE GAME to unlock extra...
He made populous, so still think the man is awesome, even if he does waffle sometimes :)
I'm in the uk and from my circle of friends they have all ordered ps4, thing is tho in the uk we like our "midnight launch" the hardcore gamer who will pre order a console won't pick from amazon, they want a store they can go to at midnight to pick up console of choice. More merit would be put on this for me if it was from game, hmv asda, tescos etc
