I don't know which Playstation console was the worst, but imo, the Playstation 2 is by far the best.
The amount of amazing games that console had is just...wow.
16 Characters? Really?
Ultimate Street Fighter 4 had 44.
Guess I'll wait for Ultra Street Fighter 5 if that's the case.
Considering that you'd need a PC that has at the VERY least $800 put into it to run VR at a playable framerate, this doesn't surprise me.
It is discouraging though. Not entirely sure how they plan on selling enough of these. Especially when you realize that most of the gaming PC's being played on aren't exactly "High end".
So I could either upgrade my PC a bit, or buy the Morpheus since I have a PS4 as well.
Shoot. :...
Oh boy. Another one of these articles once again blaming mobiles for the failure of the PS Vita. Never gets old.
Have you guys heard of a little handheld called the Nintendo DS? I heard its actually a pretty successful gadget. In a climate where these phones surely should have made it impossible to do so.
This excuse is nothing but that, an excuse. If Sony supported the Vita like Nintendo did the 3DS, it would've had a better chance. Of course none of yo...
I never finished any of them. Bought a PS3 mainly for MGS 4. Decided to give Uncharted a try cause I played the shit out of the demo, didn't finish it. Bought UC 2. Didn't finish it. Same with UC 3.
It's one of those games that I really, really wish I could get into, but I just couldn't. And I LOVE TPS games. This franchise along with Dishonored are games that I really wished I could finish. Just lost interest unfortunately. :(
What about it?
Are you seriously trying to say that Golden Eye had nearly as much impact on the console FPS genre as Halo did?
No. It was a fantastic game, but no.
The Godfather of the console fps.
One of the biggest reasons why FPS games became popular on consoles.
Regardless of your opinions on the FPS genre, what Halo did for it on consoles cannot be understated.
If we could get another Burnout game like Burnout: Paradise I'd die a happy man.
I sincerely do not understand what was so good about the TR reboot. To me it was an average TPS in every way. The only explanation I have to this is that it had been so long since we'd gotten a TR game that didn't suck so people got a decent one and lost their minds.
Oh well. Either way, I can certainly wait a few months for the PC version.
I know I'm probably one of the few people who feel this way, but the fact that this has a mode with bots makes me very excited.
I suck at most multiplayer games. Add some bots in there so I can pretend like I'm good and I'm a happy camper.
Master Chief gave me some of the best gaming memories I have. He'll never be dead to me.
Long Live Chief.
Nailed it.
It does feel like a game made to appeal to more than just the MGS Vets...if you will.
The gameplay is fantastic. I won't even hear anything otherwise. It is really good. But imo MGS always had good gameplay, as well as a good story and a bunch of interesting characters.
MGS V just has great gameplay. The story is...meh and there was not a single memorable character in the game. IMO.
Completely agree with you. MGS 4 was a good game. I loved the cutscenes. But of course, just like Mass Effect and a plethora of other games, people started complaining about unnecessary things.
Long cutscenes have been a thing in Metal Gear since as long as I can remember. But people unfamiliar with the franchise started whining too much about them. Then boom, you get MGS V.
It's kinda similar to how Mass Effect started off as an Amazing RPG with a ton o...
Sony defense force going all out on this one.
"People only want cheap experiences and excuse and another excuse and another excuse."
Keep mentioning how mobile is the sole reason for the Vitas failure and somehow forget how successful the DS is.
Alright guys. Keep polishing those shields.
This game quickly became a chore for me. By the third day I could only do 1 or 2 missions and I'd get bored.
Thinking back on how insanely good MGS 3 was, MGS V just disappointed me on almost every level.
Not the ending that this amazing franchise deserved, imo.
I played about 20 minutes and had to stop. Afro Samurai is one of my favorite animes and this is nothing short of an abomination.
Not worth $15. Or $1 for that matter.
Game was so bad I had to make a video of it which was just as bad as this game.
*Sigh* One day we'll get a great Afro Samurai game....hopefully.
What I wouldn't give to be able to play RDR again with better visuals and a smoother framerate.
This game was just so damn good.
It really doesn't. I wish I could tell you it does. It actually gets worse. The missions won't FEEL the same they will BE the same.
Once you get through a few more missions you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.
Stopped paying for it when I realized how ridiculous paying for internet as well as paying to use my internet on my PS4 was.
Don't miss it one bit.
Although, claiming you pay $10 a month is...dumb. Just dumb.
You can find those for cheap online. So that's on you.
I'm going to sit here and pretend to be surprised when the rest of this game is released as paid DLC.
