These change in features from 1 to 2 is imposible to achieve in 28 months. I dont doubt the game will improve foe the better but in a scale similar to gears 1 and 2 and resistance 1 and 2. They will add some features but 99% of that list wont be there.
That had they waited to perfect all the intended features and targets sony would have to launch too late in the console war. Its hand was forced by the wii, the 360 and hddvd, to launch an incomplete improvabable product to achieve its goals of remaining relevant and pushing blu-ray to victory.
Revised age of conan might be worth a look for 360, maybee APB if it gets near completion. The delayed splinter cell and hopefully huxley might make an appearance besides that its all sketchy.
Also even if you guys dont wanna face it i can assure you that, considering their previous iterations (fable 1 and the orange box), i can assure you that motorstorm pacific rift is gonna be right there with fable and l4d. (it might no do it on reviews but it will on sales)

This is 20 yeears before halo but the Ai looks more advanced than cortana. Looks cool, but there is not much action for a trailer so i dont know how succesfull (the trailer) is gonna be.

You and your buddies cannot coop create a map. But youll be able to create your maps (by yourself) and play them in coop.
Fable is a niche title at best it might do well because its at the time of release the biggest exclusive of the 360 this year but i doubt it will overcome ninja gaiden.
LBP could either be a hard ditting casual game extraodinaire, a niche title or a flop. All evidence so far say it wont be a flop but how sucessfull it will be is a totaly different matter.

To have an event and dont invite anybody to it, if they are anouncing something its gonna be on the internet or a closed door media thing but i doubt its gonna be an event with absolutely no advertising besides a supposed "leak". At currently 3 days from the supposed "relaunch" considering this is microsoft the marketing would be insane they dont do low key affairs especially if this were true.
For all gamers sake but especially for Molineux reputation and 360s current underperforming (note this doesnt mean they were bad games unly unapreciated in sales and some reviews)years lineup.
I am playing it right now and although the main story is decent, the game is pretty much what bioware did on kotor only with an action driven combat engine (that in my opinion needs a little tweaking since combat is too fast to care about the cover system and besides biotic/ force the physics impulses are dissapointing and it gets repetitive pretty fast since you dont feel much change after the first levels).
For the movie theyll remove all the sidequests (which 90% suck especial...
