So you didn't watch the video then. Why do so many people post comments without reading or watching the content? It was actually a very good stream. They showed off areas I hadn't seen before, and they said it was early in the game, at about character level 5.
I'm sensing a theme... people don't like to read articles or watch vids before posting comments that they don't like reading. Gamers have become way too lazy.
A cutscene was loading when the door opened- that's why it took a while. But regardless, the game is huge with an open world... there will be some loading screens. I found it pretty reasonable, but it was a PC build so it may be slower on consoles

Some people need to learn to read the article and not just blindly comment. The person who posted the story said that they were waiting on confirmation of who sent the email, so take it with a grain of salt.

I agree that as consumers we are free to read, agree with, or disagree with, any review we please. If we don't like Polygon's reviews, we can simply avoid their site.
The developers on the other hand, have no recourse for unfair journalism. Like it or not, that magical number written at the bottom DOES mean something to them, because it will affect sales positively or negatively, even if only by a bit.

This is very good news, and as a PS4 owner, I'm happy knowing that a game I'm looking forward to will be as pretty as it should be.
But wow, look at this from Microsoft's perspective. They have a marketing deal with EA on this, and now they read on twitter a (true) statement that will damage their image big time. If that tweet is not deleted by end of day, I'd be shocked.

"extra support" does not mean shilling out money. It means Sony has one of their experts visit BioWare for a few days and work with them to resolve the issues that are preventing better performance.

If I'm an exec at Sony, I go to BioWare and say "this is unacceptable" just like Spencer did to Blizzard for Diablo III. Offer extra support to determine where the developer is having issues and work with them to resolve it. Exactly, SSO might be a nice game for exisiting XB1 owners, but it's not going to sell consoles on its own. Why bundle a new IP which is very niche anyway? 99.9% of the people who even know about this game already have an XB1. I guess the orange console is unique, but then again, people who would drop $400 to have a second console because it's orange are certifiably retarded.
I'd like more ways to organize the UI... and by more ways, I actually mean one way... anything other than how it's organized now. Drives me nuts that I can't just group all of my games in a folder and click the folder to access them rather than having them all clutter the UI at once. I'd take this over youtube support, but that's just me.
Alpha isnt JP only... I got an invite in my email for the Alpha. They will be sending out a followup email in the next couple of weeks with further details, but I'm definitely in NA and I definitely got an Alpha invite, and I expect so did a lot of others.

Journey says hi. Indie game on PS3, with no story or meaningful gameplay, yet it won GOTY. If Bayonetta shines above all other contenders, it will win, last gen hardware or not.

Agree, there is no reason Killzone or Knack couldn't be a free PS+ title at this point. They are year old games which aren't selling anymore. Yes a lot of PS4 owners already own them and would find no value in that, but for those that don't, it's a reminder that Sony offers such a tremendous value in their service.
If The Binding of Isaac is the only offering for Nov, that's a bit disappointing.
