PC games will change their tune in two or three years. The consoles will be slow and ugly compared to what the PC will have. That or Nintendo will finally do a high def console and blow M$ and $ony away.

The cost of the download is high, same as any PC expansion pack.
The Oblivion update on the other hand SUCKS! The glitches in the game were kinda' fun, kept me playing after beating it.

This is like predicting it will rain somewhere on earth today, it is not a question of will there be a price cut but when. In my opinion the PS3 will keep more exclusive games after the price cut makes it affordable for the masses. The 360 is pushing its affordability at US$399, the Wii has nailed it. More gammers that own a given system = more AAA games and exclusives for that system. Don't forget the 360 is overdue for a price cut, a PS3 drop in price will be answered by one from Microsoft....
Time, effort, patience, and understanding are needed to make those things enjoyable...Love,friendship,et c... must be earned, therefore they are not free. Not everything is paid for with money.
You'll have to wait, all the good ones have been delayed. BTW I have never paid $60, if you shop around you can find 12+1 month cards for $30 to $45.

If you are running any version of DirectX or using Windows XP, you already paid Microsoft to play on your computer.
I don't get it, why are the only ones complaining about having to pay for XBL Gold on this site are PS3 and Sony fans? You know PS fanboys you actually have to own an XBox 360 to use Live, It is not available for the PS3. Or is that the reason you are all complaining?

Keep milkin' it Sony. I'm not knocking the PS2 but, come on! It is holding back progress, who wants to spend $500/$600 on a PS3 when you can still get new games for the PS2? Devs will start to push PS3 games back in favor of the PS2's 100+ Million gamers. Like I've said before the PS3 was made because of Microsoft's 360. Sony's next gen will not start until they get rid of all the PS2s they had stockpiled before Microsoft forced them to make the PS3. Sony was caught with their pants down and rushed so fast to pull them up they caught some skin in their zipper! If the 360 didn't come out last year sony would still be milking the PS2 cow for all it's worth.
Keyboard/mouse support and a web browser will get the 360 further than motion controls, the kids already have the Wii to play with.
