Overall I was underwhelmed by E3 as a whole this year. Some good games sure, but nothing that made me super excited. Sadly the best games were multiplatform. Sony's exclusives looked better to me.
As much as I HATE preorder bonuses, I may just have to preorder from the website for this. I like sniper challenges.
The more I see the more I like of this game...now if I could only sit down to make time to play the demo.
HAHA!! The writer could put out a top 5 reasons not to buy and the place would still fill with whiners. To each their own...like it buy it, if not don't. Pretty simple. Hype blows things out of proportion which is why stupid articles like this exist and not because Activision is paying...some people are delusional to think a multi-million dollar company would pay a fan based site for a chump article. Look at the big boys for that like IGN, G4TV, etc....

Honestly this doesn't look any better than some XBLA games from last year. Just another vanilla styled game helping the movie to game cross over. When will we actually get a tie-in that matters or is worth playing?

I'm curious to see exactly how good the game plays...I'm with Wraith I want a demo before I decide to sink massive amounts of time into another RPG....between Skyrim, Reckoning, and the Witcher 2 I still have plenty to do.
As much as I love Kobyashi he is more like a politican than anything else...promising so much and delievering below expectations (at least mine). Mostly I was disappointed with DMC4 and Killer 7, but I'm hoping for better things with RE6 and Dragon's Dogma.
I agree. RE stories have never sucked me in the way othere games have and the only thing I recall about RE5 lame story was the new bad ass side kick.
Off topic, but I'm looking forward to a zombie game that I can "sink my teeth into" that offers a great storyline...I'm hoping the episodic Walking Dead does just that.

This is really on my "must play list" but not a top priority. Maybe I'll pick it up in a few weeks especially since many people are enjoying it. I think the negative reactions are from people who were expecting a different kind of Star Wars experience.

Call me sucker, but if the line up is exclusive and alluring enough I'll jump. Many of the people who have already commented will do the same. Halo 4 alone would be enough to sell millions upon millions of consoles along with the game.
Paranoia runs deep in our society of high tech spyware and I'd like to say I never feel that way, but I have at times. If M$ wants to watch me scratch my balls between deaths in Gears or CoD let them. If I had some secrets that were worth $$ then maybe I'd be concerned....I'm just your average joe so I don'tr really care.
Only one I can say I'm not real thrilled about is MoH, the rest are all must plays this year
All about the brand, but then again review scores aren't always true to the masses opinons. There are plenty of movies that get trashed by "critics" that I find entertaining. Why should it be different in this venue of media? Still looking forward to playing even with the low scores.
Here is the problem.....Slant Six made the game. They screwed up Socom Confrontation why would they do any better with RE?
Obvious answer to that is NO!! When have they ever and with each time they try it just doesn't work. Stick to what they do best and give us games that defined them. Still Capcom is a great company and I'm sure when RE6 hits fans will be happy once again.
Nah I really don't think that is the issue...RE:Op RC was destined to fail even though it looked promising because it wasn't your typical RE game. Reviewers are so wishy-washy now adays its hard to get a good read on a game from reviews alone...look at Metacritic for games and you'll see 100s to 30s for the same title.
NG3 wasn't really on my radar and I was suprised to see it hit the shelves after hearing so little about it...guess I've been tied up in A...
How can a game be overrated based on a demo? What we saw looked fresh and innovative compared to other games shown at E3 and that is all we have to go on. So if anything it looks great as shown and if people are excited I think there is plenty of reason to be. How it turns out is another story...I remember Rogue Warrior when it was first announced and the gameplay footage shown. When it released it was a totally different game and pure crap.
