"Instead of the hand that feeds"
Considering that it is their own hand that feeds them, I would say that they did focus on the hand that feeds. Let me remind you of the gamecube/PS2/Xbox situation, in which the weakest console (The Ps2) got the most third party support.
The thing that set these PERIPHERALS apart should be their quality, not exclusives for glorified monitors. Imagine if I couldn't play a certain game on my Samsung/Dell Monitor but only on Asus. That shit wouldn't fly with anybody.
Do your gay friends walk into a room and shout "I'm gay!" every time they do so people know? Or do they have personalities that aren't based on their sexuality like an actual human being? One of the gay dudes I know and speak to every day is the latter.
Because video game writers are typically bottom of the barrel garbage. This coupled with the notion that sexuality is a defining characteristic now. Save for times when it's incredibly stereotyped and exaggerated ie: Johnny Bravo or an incredibly flamboyant character such as Mr 2 Bon Clay (he's still an incredibly fleshed out character that very few video game writers can equal his quality). This is why you see articles stating that "x character is gay" instead of "x ch...
Blame Activision. They've taken Spyro and Crash, two great franchises and ran them into the dirt.
"needed"
Sometimes the only shakeup a series needs is in the form of a new setting to take on, not a completely different outlook or narrative style. In my opinion this Norse setting so far is a bit too similar to the greek one that we're accustomed to. That one big enemy Kratos faced looked to be very similar to Hades.
Most of the people making comments make them only to rile up people such as yourself. I know I do. And goddamn, does it work.
I have no interest in installing Windows 10 on my rig, so as far as I'm concerned most/all of their games are inaccessible to me.
So "Wait Mode" essentially turns it into a turn based combat system?
"In fact, I prefer it"
No you don't.
Wouldn't Ni-Oh fulfill that role?
I'm still holding out hope that some day there will be an Egyptian God of War title. The fantastical elements they could make in the god of war IP could be incredible.

The overworld in the original LOZ required you to load each zone. Although my comment isn't necessarily about it being "open world" only. It's about the nature in which it is being played. Not to mention the obvious influence, such as literally being able to climb a mountain *coughliarToddHowardcough*
Rumor is that they were going to showcase Rockstar's new (multiplatform) game.
So which is it, are there towns or not?

You weren't expecting a game about a biker fighting zombies?
Edit @ Grap
Hahaha, TLOU no longer holds a pedestal for the rabid fanboys, therefore your words fall on deaf ears.
The only thing worse than Aisha Tyler's terrible jokes was that live orchestra. Musically they were great. Too bad for a video game marketing conference they were pretentious as all hell. Of course you fanboys will eat that up, E3 is nothing more than a marketing gimmick catered to you all to flex your epeens over and flamewar about who had the best conference. And congratulations, you fools ate it up. Then again, the orchestra wasn't as cheesy as Blink 182 playing at EA's confere...
Excuse me? Please, go through my posts and point that out. I'm waiting. I didn't realize you're a pathological liar.
Shove? Doesn't look like it needs a shove to me. These aren't even all the games I own

Lol, yeah. They're not zombies just like Titanfall's mechs aren't mechs.
