That is how I understood it works. Reviewers play the game and note down every ten minutes how many they enjoyed. Then they add up, subtract, divide, etc in the end till they get an average. That's why you get these weird scores like 4,9, 6.4 etc. It's all math.
I don't know of any. But I hear many studios have been joining Xbox. So maybe a lot of exclusives on the way? That's my guess.

Yes I agree. Mediocre games are part of it. They can't all be 10/10's. Not all my GF's are either. I'd defo settle for a 6.
