Nice to see so many N4G members that are supporters of Bobby Kotick and attack Jennifer Hale for simply bringing up the pay disparity between the workers and the CEOs. This is what the Hollywood writers strike was about and why SAG-AFTRA is prepared to strike. Companies are looking to AI to cut costs while at the same time paying executives like Kotick over $77,000/hour.
Why is it that Nolan North and David Hayter can talk about the same thing yet Jennifer Hale gets calle...
Hopefully we'll start getting some first party games. So far there has been nothing announced for 2024 and for 2023 all we get is another Spider-man game. Under Ryan's leadership the game pipeline got upended and it will take years for it to get back to normal.
Judging by the comment section here, 90% of N4G readers don't possess the basic reading skills to understand the article but didn't let that stop them from commenting on it. A CDPR developer comments on how some members of the gaming community are using "fake criticism" to attack Starfield and N4G readers post idiotic comments like "how dare he talk about Cyberpunk and Starfield - CDPR sucks!" He is basically saying that Cyberpunk 2077 sucked at launch and anyone ...
"Shipped does not equal bought"
Neither does Starfield's 6 million players since a majority of them are playing through Gamepass.
The $30 upgrade if you own a digital copy of any Borderlands game in the collection on Xbox or digital/physical copies of Borderlands:GOTY, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, or Borderlands 3 on PSN is a fantastic value though.
I just want to know what all these people's kids are doing on the TV connected to their PS5 that doesn't involve playing the PS5? Why can't you just buy a second TV? Why aren't your kids watching things on their phone or tablet like most kids these days?
Best thing is the comment section for the video. The video is typical Bungie marketing bs showing off their streamers with the nice touch of highlighting everything they stripped from Destiny 2 over the years.
Since you haven't been playing Destiny 2, here is the video from My Name is Byf on the final cutscene from The Witchqueen. https://www.youtube.com/wat... From Byf himself "Then unquestionable this is The Witness - the master of The Darkness." He then goes on to talk about how The Witness is The Winnower that Bungie has been talking about for years. The Season of the Deep cutscene shows that none of th...
"Where did you see this bs about the single player nodes" Here you go, since you clearly don't even play the game that you are defending. https://www.bungie.net/7/en...
Bungie has already removed the freelance(solo) player nodes from Iron Banner, Trials of Osiris, and Competitive 3v3 and starting next season the last freelance node will be removed.
In previous y...
I've played Destiny 2 today. Why is it that the only defense some can make for Destiny 2 is to claim that anyone who criticizes the game must not play it?
Destiny 2 is at the worst that it has ever been. The story is all over the place and contradicts itself constantly. The "big cutscene" this season undid everything revealed in Witchqueen, with The Witness not being behind The Darkness and the opposite of The Traveler - but just a better version of Erami...

"Stop defending the game because your favorite company purchased them, use your head instead."
The same can be said about Bungie. Destiny 2 was a joke here at N4G but once Sony bought Bungie the forum is filled with Destiny 2 defenders. Bungie just released one of the worst expansions for Destiny 2 for $60 and just officially announced that the only content they care about is the stuff they haven't sold you yet. The core...
Destiny 2 requires you to pay $12 to play the seasonal content; Diablo IV doesn't require you to pay to play. Diablo IV also was a complete game at launch while the core of Destiny 2 is still rotten and seasons are there to just distract you from that.
You probably should stick to WoW and FFXIV with their $15/month subscription fee then. It seems ESO's purely cosmetic cash shop instead of charging a constant monthly subscription fee to access the content you have paid for is too much for your delicate constitution.
Actually, #90 on the growth chart is just above the declining point. Again, the numbers are not actual player numbers but calculated by Reddit posts. Any player who quits Destiny 2 over the recent State of the Game but comments on it is still calculated as a Destiny 2 player at MMO Populations.
From the website where you get your facts from - "Of course the data is not extremely accurate, or in many cases, accurate at all. There is no way of really getting MMO subscr...
That is a very manipulative number and definition of what Destiny 2 and MMOs are. Destiny 2 isn't really an MMO and it is routinely crushed on Steam Charts by other online shooters - usually barely making it into the top 20 with only 45K average concurrent players. You are also using an average number that is generated by amount of Reddit users but then discount anyone posting online about how they are dissatisfied with the game. Finally, the website you are using lists Destiny 2 as #9...
Judging by the poor sales of it on PC, seems like PC players don't care about a 2021 game being "brand new" on PC in 2023. Diablo IV and Baldur's Gate 3 are actually new games in 2023 and their sales reflect that. Sony put zero effort in enticing PC players to buy R&C: Rift Apart. Compare that with the effort Blizzard did when bringing Diablo 3 to consoles years after it released on PC.
Hard to pay full price for a 2 year old game when there are so many great new games coming out on PC right now.
The only thing Bungie cares about anymore regarding Destiny 2 is Eververse. Crucible and Vanguard strikes only get one new map each year and Gambit gets none. The only weapons released this year that haven't been poorly done reskins were from the raid. Lightfall has been one of the worst game releases this year and in this State of the Game Bungie basically told players that they don't care and it is unrealistic for players to expect Bungie to make content for Destiny 2. Bungie on...

Nice to see you couldn't even be bothered to listen to the podcast or even know about the SAG-AFTRA member vote a few days ago before you commented. Do you even know what voice actors currently make or how pay is decided? Do you even care that you completely missed the point of Jennifer Hale's comment from a 2011 article and why the host of the podcast brought it up today?
Of course not. You're a fanboy. You love your corporations. You cannot stand someone ...
