Same thing with me, am loving this game.
RoF gets it right with the battle system and voices.
Just to compare, White Knight Chronicles had good voiceovers but flawed combat. Star Ocean had decent combat but voiceovers so bad I only made it to disc 2.
Also the humor in RoF is actually funny, not cheesy.
Too bad there's no online with RoF but still this is a very fun and rewarding RPG, RoF is the best of the 3 RPG's I mentioned.

the screen IS great. i love my psp. i use handbrake to encode movies to h.264 psp format and the results are gratifying.
However the psp definately is lacking in the formats it supports
More native handling of various video formats is necessary. And lossless audio playback is sorely missing too. PSP would definately gain market share in general with the first and among audiophiles with the latter.
