That soundtrack was phenomenal, and it added tons more depth to the game imo. In fact, I liked it so much that I went out and bought every MGS soundtrack. With a guy like Harry Gregson-Williams, you know it's going to be amazing in the first place.
Uncharted and Killzone 2 had some great tracks, too.
Yeah, HUGE improvement from the last ME. Everything looks very polished and 10 times better than ME1, and ME1 was one of the best games I've played this gen!!!
Looks like 2012 is closer than expected.
...and I knew I'd get a good laugh. I sold my PS2 for $100, and I could easily, EASILY sell my PS3 for more than $150. And why would you want to trade in your PS3 for another PS3? If it's for a larger harddrive, just buy more gigs somewhere.
I think I'll add this to my "Why Gamestop is cheap/an epic fail list".
That would be very interesting. And her relationship with The Sorrow would be explained more, and how she had Adam. Throw in the early years of Big Boss too, and you have a great concept!! The only thing that would be a problem would be fitting it into the MGS universe, but I'm sure Kojima would find a way!!
Although Hugh Jackman IS Snake!!
And NO @#$%&#! WAY with Tom Cruise as Dante!! They need the most obnoxiuos, smart-mouthed guy in Hollywood for that!! xD
BTW......VIDEO PROFESSOR FTW!!!
Versus would be my #1, but I thought I heard somewhere that Squeenix is not showing/announcing anything for it (I could be wrong. No, I HOPE I'm wrong.).
DMC5 is another big one. I was a huge fan of DMC4 and a new one would be great, especially if they explain Nero's backstory.
I doubt MGSR will be there, but I DO expect some announcements for it.
ZOTE3 is very possible, considering Kojima said he is working on a few other titles besides MGSR, MGSP...
Holy graphic and lighting improvement Batman!!
My story preferences are far more different than yours, which is perfectly fine. Kudos to you for shedding some light on other great game stories besides the usual ones!!
Too bad I've played all the bigger titles already. Otherwise I would've definitely jumped on this opportunity.
I know it's the author's opinion, but games like Bioshock, Mass Effect, and the biggest of them all, Metal Gear Solid definitely deserve a spot. If you haven't played these games, then I can understand. But I've never seen a list like this before, which again is fine considering it's the author's opinion and I don't want to bash that. I'm just saying that I'm in total disagreeance.
Fanboys always need to prove that something is better than the other. They can never see that both things are great. I've said it before and I'll say it again: fanboys do not equal gamers, because gamers enjoy games for what they are and don't bicker about them instead.
Heavy Rain. It really showed itself off at GC09. Mass Effect 2 looks great (I'm looking forward to it a lot), but there were better choices than that, like Uncharted 2. And wtf is with Fable 3 as biggest surprise? We all knew it was coming sooner or later.
Definitely
Seriously, Uncharted 2 and Conviction are two totally different concepts! And what makes it worse is that they're not even out yet! How can you even make a comparison and come to a conclusion without playing the games?
I may pick ANOTHER PS3 up!!
jk, im happy with my phat 80
I wanted more action in ME1, so it's good to see that they're putting a bigger emphasis on combat.
Congrats Rocksteady, you totally deserve it!! You made a phenomenal game!!
If anyone hasn't played this yet, DO IT!! You won't regret it!!
PS3 owners shouldn't be worried about this at all. Look at these screens! They're definitely not getting gimped if this is the true quality. As for the 360 owners, the only thing they have to worry about is the amount of discs, if that even concerns them. I'm pretty sure SE will do a great job with the quality on the 360, and even if it's not as good as the PS3 version, it'll still be well above average. All in all, I just want both versions to turn out great so that we can all have a great e...
The only 360 games I'm looking forward to right now are Mass Effect 2 and Alan Wake. I'm not into FPS or racing games, which pretty much eliminates the vast majority of games on this list. And I'll probably be getting Assassin's Creed 2 for my PS3.
FPS fans, be thankful if you have a 360 because this is a great year for that genre!
