Both will sell very well, they have nothing to worry about.
Lesson to learn: don't finger yourself when a developer TELLS you there are infinite possibilities.
Yeah... when simple stuff like folders take this long to release and my library is brimmed out with things I don't own anymore.
The first update where I don't have to rage in the comments! Nice!
"People don't think about what they are spending their money on, they just spend it because something new came out."
This. All my coworkers are hype machines that get bored of a game within a month of release.
I think most of us longtime fans already did, as soon as we saw there are basically no more meaningful choices to be made, we are told our characters history, and we have to hear their generic male/female voice.
Good thing I got tired of waiting for them and sold Fallout 4 for 3 and New Vegas. I've already gotten all trophies in 3+NV, and I still have more fun in them than the game that just released... sad.
It's like CoD, buying the new one near launch is basically admitting that you are 100% tired of the last one.
I can understand everything except for MKX... even though I'm a SF guy.
Fallout 4 is a failure of a FALLOUT game
GTA V...poor story, painfully immature dialogue, grindy multiplayer
Madden... ... .. yeah
Overwatch seems like people got burned out fast on the light content and didn't wanna wait for more/pay for more
There were 20 maps, you lazy shits. All 20 should be done at launch, when was the last remaster where you have to buy map packs? Oh yeah, this is the very first one. Activi$ion
There's a reason why I hate the Marvel Cinematic Universe, because you never have to worry about the main characters ever dying. There is no tension in an experience if you already know what will happen. Same thing applies to video games.
Omfg those rain physics in VR
So whose idea was it to blatantly sell unfinished content in a collectors edition (that only hardcore fans would get)? Did you not see this PR disaster from a mile away? Apparently not... or they just give negative zero shits at this point.
Bungie... the developers behind DESTINY... think they have room to talk... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I hope it's optional, those file sizes are already too large because companies like to make us download DLC with a pay wall whether we want it or not.
I don't, but you're probably right about the player base. Game is def more mature though. CoD has skate parks, water parks, and carnivals for maps.
Why BF>CoD (Talking about multiplayer only, so far CoD has better campaigns)
Gravity
Bullet travel time
Teamwork oriented gameplay
Fully controllable vehicles
32v32 servers
Mature game with more mature players
Better graphics, sound, game engine
One BF map is the size of roughly 4-5 CoD Maps
Longer time to kill and more recoil = more recoil management (skill) needed
Plastered with microtransactions... that happened a while ago buddy.
Too bad most hardcore Destiny fans have already spent over $200 on it (game, expansions, emotes, etc.) and 500 hours on it (year one grinding, limited time events, etc.), like my idiot friend with Stockholm syndrome. I'm just here waiting for the Rise of Iron retail bundle so I can assess if Destiny is even worth buying at all.
6 months is the perfect time from reveal to release for me.
