I'd like to see them add in a story from the perspective of the military or possibly as a police officer trying to get back through the chaos to their family etc and then trying to get to a safe place. There is so much they could do with TLOU 2.
I'd prefer not to play as any of the other characters mentioned in the first game as part of the enjoyment of TLOU (for me) was reading the letters and notes and seeing what other people has gone through and wondering what hap...
Tell me you guys are joking, look at some of the details like the chains hanging down, the power cables on the floor and the 'lovely' bits of paper that aren't separate items but are drawn in on the floor - they all look terrible but that's nothing to do with the PC, thats the game assets and they leave a bit to be desired.
The art direction in the later pictures remind me of Bioshock etc but the bioshock games look better.

That would be great but I have to say that I'm in awe with what they have achieved with the PS3 (and 360) versions. 15 hours in and I'm still impressed with everything.

I thought number 3 was pretty good and didn't deserve some of the comments I've read on it - it's a good game and has its share of frights and scares. I was initially put off with all the co-op talk etc but the game is great as a single player game.
It's got more action rather than been pure survival horror like the first game but it is creepy in places and some of graphics are awesome (space scenes, open snow scenes with the sun tinging the sky red etc).
Bang on the money (spoiler alert) - when the raiders arrive at the house with Joel and Ellie you hear them comment that she's not to be harmed as she's David latest 'pet' and that's not said in a nice way. I also think he was tracking her to find Joel. He was not a noble person at all as the article implies - it may be that things happened to him prior to the game that made him that way. Having played and enjoyed Killzone 3, I'm looking forward to see what they do with this on PS4.
Have always been a 360 gamer but brought a 2nd hand PS3 for this game, took a couple of days off work and played it with no interruptions - was completely blown away by the story telling, voice acting and awesome graphics. Played it through again on New Game plus and found a few new areas that I missed the 1st time, had some very different battles on the 2nd play through as well - all in all, possibly the best games I have ever played.
Why are people so excited at the thought of PS3 failing? It's a beautiful well made console with great games, good media centre and excellent free themes as well. I have a PS3, 360 and Wii and to honest I don't want any of them to fail, there are good games to be enjoyed on all three. Some sites out there are just trying to generate hits on idiotic stories.
In other news, if Killzone 2 isn't released in England soon there is going to be pain, pain.............oh and did I mention...

No, online is not the future, it's just one part of the whole gaming experience. Playing co-op is great fun and can enhance some games, as can deathmatch, capture the flag etc but some games are better played on your own. Fallout 3, Half Life 2, MGS4, Bioshock all had fantastic story telling and it was nice to experience the game without some idiot 15 year old running around screaming at the top of his voice.

Agreed, I wept when I saw what a mess he'd made of the 3 prequels. He may have had a flash of genius with the original 3 but he lost the plot (literally) with the new ones. Stay away indeed.
The new dash looks great, stop been a jockstrap and just enjoy the machine that you have.
Yes, XIII was good fun and I quite liked the Jason Bourne feel to the start of the game (memory loss etc). Sadly though most people seemed to overlook the game.
I wouldn't object to a sequel coming out though.
The game is great on my PC but I think that it's playstyle would lend itself well to the PS3 (and it would look cool on a huge HD screen).
I have a feeling that we're going to see some form of this game on PS3 in the not distant future.
@ Nostradavis, allowing mods would also be awesome, currently teams seem to be working on a Predator mod, Jurassic Park mod and best of all (and given the above topic) someone is working on a Jaws mod!

All this is doing is hurting the overall image of the 360, I'm not a fanboy for any machine, I just love games but the fact that they cannot sort out Live is really starting to annoy me. If an ISP was having those sorts of problems everyone would be raising hell about it.
