Does this have anything to do with Sonic being in the game? hmmm...

I think they're just taking about WiiWare.

PEOPLE TURN INTO COINS!
I can't wait!
This game looks like a work of art!
Go Suda51!

I hope the plastic sells for less without the game. I'd like to pick up two or more for multiplayer mayhem.

This sh!t is offensive. but, is it woman-on-woman?

It definitely reminds me of Super Mario 3.

I don't know if it's that people can't figure out puzzles or strategies, or if it's that people don't want to.
I think it's more of just how those puzzles and strategies are being presented to the casual gamer, but like I said below there is still a split among those two markets. Casual VS Gamers. This same split used to be Gamer VS Non-Gamer.
Nintendo is coming after everyone's free time, and the casual market will soon begin to meld into the gaming market. Expect a Paradigm Sh...

This just goes to show the gap that Nintendo is trying to bring closer.
People who don't play video games still view anything that is like a video game with confusion. Nintendo's created this new casual market, and the casual market still hates games. It's as if the market hasn't realized that they've been playing video games.
Now, I don't know how right this whole article is. It seems pretty nonobjective, like most of the other things on their site. And, frankly, I've never hea...

The same thing happened to me and a friend who works at Gamestop.
Funky sh()!

I didn't make the connection until now.

Well when you have games that range so much in price, then why would there be a value label?
That's what I think is going on here.

nope, nothing.
:(

I tried playing this on my computer a while back, but I could never get into it. Maybe with this iteration I'll be able to immerse myself more than with a mouse & keyboard.

If the hardware is there couldn't they just release a channel to enable this feature? Or an update?

6509d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

It takes place six months after the current remakes.

That makes perfect sense. I've been waiting for someone to say it.

Sounds interesting.

It also has me thinking of Pikmin in Smash Bros. Either as a trophy or a character.

I hope it's something that will stay, and not go the way of the Falcon or Fox.
Nintendo needs to revive more characters from their games, but then again games take time to make. :(

It's an okay article, but I feel that it still shows a lack of faith in the system.

One possible speculation for the next-next-generation consoles:

Xbox 720: Includes a pointer device and gloves attachment.
PS4: Includes a pointer device and arms attachment.
USS: Some even crazier Nintendo invention.

You might be right that the über-core gamer will take a blow, but isn't that only because the über-core gamer has been conditioned to expect the online system to cater to him or her without much effort on the users part?

The Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection is doing to online gaming what ten-digit phone numbers did to the telephone service. Sure, are Xbox Live and PSN catering to an experience that the hardcore have been accustomed to? Yes. But, is there room for change in t...

To get Wii readers to buy a new console?

6530d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

I read this thing. I don't understand where the Wii comparison to the Xbox and PS3 come from, so that leads me to be confused about the comparisons with their respective online structures.
WiiConnect24 is simply a way for people to receive updates to their Wii whenever. It doesn't seriously promise a way to build a better online community. Sure, when Nintendo "gets this whole online thing sorted out" we'll see gamers leaving invitations or messages on other people's systems v...
