Hale is dead in the same way that Anakin Skywalker was dead when he became Darth Vader. That former identity is lost and people can no longer identify you with that past self. But Hale will be back in his equivalent of Darth Vader form, though some kind of chimera rather than badass space cyborg. Seems as if Insomniac is pulling an old Ben Kenobi on us. I'm not sure why, but it just seems like some sights are trying to be overly critical with Reach in areas where they give most other FPS games a pass (not based on the score for this one, but the actual content of the review). How can people look at vids like this and then say that Reach is not a graphical benchmark? Seeing this really makes me realize how ugly Halo 3 is compared to Reach. I never thought that Halo 3 was bad looking, but when you compare this to Reach it almost makes it look last gen. Ever since the Reach beta I haven't even been able to play Halo 3. It just felt like something was missing

Don't know what game you're looking at, but to me that looked great. Looks better than KZ2 and it's three shades of brown and gray. Gameplay looks great too and the game has more content than you can imagine

Gameplay wise? Maybe if you just include the fact that both are shooters with jetpacks, but I played the demo for that game and it sort of sucked and I love Halo's gameplay so saying the two are similar in that respect is a stretch. Saying Kinect is the same as the PS Eye/Eye Toy would be like calling the PS Move the same as the Wii Remote. Seeing this makes me wonder why they don't do a SSX type game for Kinect. This series was popular back in the day and controlling it would be simple enough with Kinect. Lean to steer, jump to get air, spin or lean while in air to do tricks, bend slightly to gain more speed, etc. If they wanted they could even let you do things like stick out your arm to knock another player off their board.
