Thats understandable. Having platinum'd the game a few months back, I can definitely see how Deadly Premonition isn't for...well....most people. Its really the story, dialogue, and bizarre characters that kept me hooked. Also buying the Directors Cut for $30 brand new, I felt that it was reasonably priced considering the time I put into it.
As awesome as Batman is, he's from comics/movies. All the characters in this particular list are solely from video games, or at least that's what I got out of the article.
Otacon pokes fun at console disc formats in a codec message.

Good for him! He found a way to escape the dungeon under Konami HQ. I was wondering where Iga went after MercurySteam took over.
Agreed. The other gray area that stuck with me in the first game involves the NPCs angrily protesting around a random NPC that was strung upside down by a street lamp. When I first encountered this scenario, I thought "Well, obviously hes not innocent, but I'm not sure what he did to deserve that." Cutting him down nets good karma, but for all the player knows, he may have just set loose either an unlucky looter, or "Buffalo Bill"!
I've officially lost count of how many awards this game has won (was around 90). I also do not envy the custodian that has to dust/polish Naughty Dog's trophy room.
With the exception of the nude bosses in Dante's Inferno. That was some serious nightmare fuel in that game.
I'd argue that Aliens: Infestation, which released in 2011 for the Nintendo DS by Wayforward Tech, was a short, but much better game than Colonial Marines, hands down. Think Alien 3 but with metroid-vania exploration, better weapon selection, a more fleshed out story and expendable characters.
You're kidding, right? CLEARLY all the gamers around the world demand the physics defying next-gen sequel to Big Rigs!
Before they lost their collective minds sometime after DMC4 released, nobody could tell me there was a better developer/publisher than Capcom. Ducktales on NES got my attention first, Bionic Commando made me like Capcom even more, but it was MegaMan that made me a fan. They were also the reason I switched from SNES to PS1, and why I stick with Nintendo handhelds.
Once Resident Evil, Dino Crisis, and Devil May Cry came out, fuggedaboudit! It was hard for me to dislike a C...
I'm thankful for having personal transportation, not living in a third world country, steady job, room mates that watch my back and a sane family. Oh and stick bombs in GTA online, I love me some sticky bombs.
Wait...you mean they CAN'T cook omelettes!?!
Preorders cancelled!!
That would be awesome. Like a game loosely based on "Revenge of the Nerds" and/or "Animal House" would be boss.
I agree with you that WB games Montreal were pretty much setup from the start. Considering peoples expectations for a decent Batman game were blown out the water by Arkham Asylum, followed by Rocksteady striking gold again with Arkham City. I think its fair to say the Montreal Devs had a tough act to follow. That said, I love free flow combat and dishing out DAT Gotham justice, I plan to grab Arkham Origins later on. But I am curious as to why Rocksteady were put aside?
I never had a chance to play Birth By Sleep but every KH fan I know who played it, loved it. My Munny is ready.
...So thats what really happened to Kefka Palazzo.
If Lords of Shadow 2 is as good or better than Curse of Darkness(my personal favorite 3D Castlevania game), then I'll be quite pleased.
Capcom doesn't want my money, so giving it to Keiji and his team is a no-brainer.
Dear Mr. Inafune...
I think they're holding off on adding heist for as long as possible in an effort to nudge gamers towards buying Shark Cards. Car mods, Tanks, Attack choppers don't come cheap in GTA online, that's for sure!
