It is not often that an article on the Cell or how developers go around making the programs that they do. I'll be checking out Deano's blog and read his past articles now.
My feeling is that PS3 price point is just above many people's comfort zone. It is only inviting only the privileged few or enthusiast to own one. The estimated cost of producing a PS3 is well documented around the web and Sony will not bring prices down unless their read on the market is unfavourable to them.
So to those who can not wait to get their hands on the latest gadget, go right ahead. Or you can sit on the fence and wait until you feel it is the right time to make ...
