I like Patrice. He's always come off as very enthusiastic about his work during his gameplay demonstrations.
I was expecting a bullshit article putting those other sites down, but this was an interesting analysis. Good job.
Ugh.
The only good bit was the end.
Alright, although the LBP influences are pretty blatant, I think it's gratifying to see EA take chances with new stuff. Better than what Activision's doing, anyway.
They've confirmed that AC3 won't be out before 2012, so I'm not too worried on that front. Just wish Patrice were still on the team.
Just hope they don't CoD-ize it.
Atleastt he's being honest about why they decided to include MP. This is a very unfortunate turn of events for the gaming industry.
The problem with Enslaved is that though it's a great EXPERIENCE, it doesn't attain the same level of success with it's GAMEPLAY.
WTF.
Well if it's a reboot, atleast don't SplinterCell-ize it.
Nice, I thought Enslaved was a great experience- too bad it probably didn't sell very well because of other big games coming out in the same period.
It'll be strange playing as Pigsy though, since the gameplay will likely be VERY different from the main game.
"Can be a little easy on Casual".
Well, no shit.
Honestly wouldn't be surprised at this point.
"Everything is true...nothing is permitted"
Oh good grief, please tell me this line was meant to be a joke.
I hope not. EA has really lifted itself out of the hateful milking company of the last gen to one which is pushing out really good titles.
DO IT DO IT DO IT
Burnout is awesome, and Criterion is one of the devs out there who support their games post-release really well.
Moving a thumb vs. Moving an arm, you figure it out.
I don't think it's fair to compare the two kinds of control- atleast not in literal verses environment where players using the 2 types are competing- but rather, to look at how good an experience Move is providing. Tumble drove away any doubts I had about Move's accuracy.
My name eees Boloooo Santosiiii.
I wish some people would realize that a review are a compilation of pros and cons of a game, flavored with the opinion of the reviewer. So yes, one reviewer might like the game and give it a high score, and another might give it a low score. The written text is the part which matters, since the score is always distorted by the reviewer's opinion a LOT more than the text.
So sick of people going "bwah bwah bwah, this game is underrated/overrated" based off the sc...
Q) Define irony.
A) HHG: Nowadays anyone can say anything without backing it up with any good points or opinions, and no one says anything to challenge that.
The beta is REALLY fun, and this is coming from someone who though that KZ2 was just alright. Operations is a lot of fun, and I love the classes. Spawn issues and a few lag issues aside, the MP is quite awesome.
