Story was as good as it's graphics the problem is it's gameplay imo generic and linear till the point it was shameful...maybe they should give the game to Santa Monica to handle the sequel not just helping with technical stuff!

Well.. I'm stuck with UAE account (Trophies/PS Plus) So..Paid 69.99$ for the digital copy, 47.99$ for "Expansion Pass" and because I couldn't find them PSN cards got The Taken King from the Franch store for 39.99 Euros (almost 50$)...Zero on Microtransactions! Total = Around 170$! Man I was addicted.
Edit...forgot to mention I spent almost 1800 hours enjoying the whole thing with friends (even though I hate alot of stuff Bungie did with the game)

I personally believe it wasn't, How would it be held back by consoles when it wasn't announced/planned for PC in the first place when revealed back at E3! Ubisoft confirmed before announcing the game for PC as PS4 the lead platform, I don't know if it's still the same due to the marketing deal with Microsoft or changed to XOne or maybe even to PC but what I can say about the graphical downgrade in general is Ubisoft LOVES to deceive gamers with false advertisement.
If anything it wouldn't have the PlayStation symbol on the picture! And that's the Official account for the Middle East so there's nothing called "unprofessional" specially when they held an Official events to announce stuff related games and the region like the new tekken character Shaheen for instance or the full support for Arabic language on PS4, Pretty sure that's a "legit" tease.
