Why are people crying about this? Activision signed a deal with Microsoft. They aren't going to breach it so PC and PS3 people can get their maps a month earlier.
Nothing has changed, you are still getting the maps for free if you have Elite, you just have to wait a month, just like the last two Call Of Duty games.

To the spin machine N4G! We heard all about how Nintendo was doomed when they only sold so few launch 3DS systems in Japan, now the Vita sells much less and we see no doom and gloom anywhere, so what gives?
The price point is too high IMHO and the economy doesn't really support spending so much for a simple handheld gaming device. By the time you get a Vita, game and memory stick your up over $400.
You don't get it because your a Sony fanboy. It's simple, new hardware should always be hard to come by, especially in it's hometown!
Do you remember the PS2 launch? the Xbox 360 launch or the Wii launch? You couldn't find those consoles at launch, you had to wait weeks and months before you could come across one.

Not this generation. It's just over-saturated and a stale genre. Maybe if it takes a few years off and someone comes out with a unique take on it, without zombies or intense gore simply for the shock factor.

I have heard that they didn't even sell out with what they had? Not sure what's true exactly, but it's a bad sign if they didn't. They might need to lower the price before it comes to America.

At least this meme is gaming related, which is good. So I'm enjoying it, a lot of people don't even know where it came from.
Just give us Alan Wake 2 and people will be happy. It's obvious that releasing it against Red Dead was a mistake, but I believe it has garnered a solid following now and I could easily see a full sequel selling between 2-4 million copies.
I hope they hold off on releasing it until the next Xbox, because almost 2 million copies of Alan Wake were pirated as it was.
Imagine if even part of those actually bought the sequel.

I've not once said The Last Of Us would be a bad game, I said it's been done and it was a genre that was stale.
I stick by that, I don't see why the game has people proclaiming it to be GOTY already.
I personally like motion controls and Kinect, but I also have a Move and Wii. I am not expecting a GOTY experience from Star Wars, but I expect some fun, which is what gaming is all about, no?

Anyway, Star Wars Kinect is in the top 10 in pre-orders, I think it has around 300/400k in those already. Not to mention it's getting it's own bundle and Xbox 360 console.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say this game is going to surprise a lot of people. I think it's going to sell pretty well and it'll get average to above average reviews.

It's obvious the Eperia Play is DOA, as for 3-D, Sony is lowering their own display price and they are cutting prices on 3-D TV's all over because nobody is buying them.
Sony isn't above releasing flops, let's not forget Betamax, Minidisk players and the PS2 HDD add on...
