It's "Mario" Kart, not Nintendo Cart. Staying within the mushroom kingdom with a few outliers is recommended. Great addition with the koopalings.

See ya on the tracks May 30th.

Does anyone else feel like this is teetering on "Goof Troop" territory?

If that's the case then that is ridiculous.....ly awesome! I used to love playing that game, if only it was two player co-op than that would be great.

Maybe Nintendo follows a philosophy of simple, clean, and eco-centric console design. I don't think anyone wants to buy three powerhouse consoles that can all play the same games with exception to exclusives. Nintendo has the upperhand and fails to use it I think, because it still wants to create different experiences at the expense of the Power Game plan.

Just go with it, Nintendo isn't the only option for gamers. I love Nintendo games and the Wii U is definitely no...

All game systems are for kids, and targeted towards kids or kids at heart. All this banter about "my system is better than your system" is kiddish and young, this is what kids talk about in playgrounds when they try to impress. I have a wii u and loving it for what it has to offer. I'm waiting for the heavier RPGs on PS4 or xbox to see which console sways me more. PS4 is in the lead.

Can't wait to play donkey kong x101 and MarioSuper1000.

Isn't it a second party game, not a first party? Nintendo will ditch the gamepad when goombas can fly....oh..nevermind

Some people want MORE some people want a surprise. With no release date, trickles of info is more than enough to know that its being made and technical aspects that are relevant as far as changed or tweaked. I say give us the technical parts of the game rather than the glitz and glamour.

Wouldn't it be cool to use that old Wii service where people could vote on questions, but with a game like this. Voting which characters make the cut from a selected few. It's probab...

If you were a big, influential gaming company the last thing you want to do is go off the exclusivity rails and spread your brand too thin. Going third party without a fight to stability is giving up way to easily. Nobody on top wants to play second fiddle to a competitor.

Nintendo, like sony and ms, will not sway towards each other. We all lose if nintendo goes third party, because nintendo will have follow the plans of a different company, losing innovation along the way....

It seriously only takes 1 great game from the "retro" years to keep this service at respectable levels... 1 game, Nintendo has so many from yesteryears, all I'm asking for is 1 game every other week from Nintendo's golden chest, so the other games can take a piece.

If we got a solid entry (earthbound) VC game every other week I'd be sold. Unfortunately, NoA has yet to deliver a consistent pattern, unless anyone can suggest any games besides the obvious s...

They need to keep their promises in order first. Bring the N64, stop with the NES for now. Don't waste VC assets on games with very little following, unless it has a strong cult status. There has to be a solid reason for not releasing key games on the VC, only Nintendo knows. Keep your treasures close I suppose.

Nintendo is teetering on educational gaming, gaming with merit, substance that can somewhat be used outside the gaming realm once you escape the gaming realm.

They're simply birthing a new branch in the nintendo ecosystem. From what I got from it, they are adding QOL as a new and separate entity, unifying its firmware in the future, and refusing to stop looking for the golden egg in the gamepad.

Nintendo isn't doomed, but it looks like the wii u is...

Looking good! I really hope Nintendo isn't playing the same cards they played with the Wii. Why must the system be so small. It gives me the impression compact prowess, but the Wii gave me a reason to judge it as simply lacking.

Fool me twice, shame on me. I'm getting one launch day, because I know they'll deliver, at least, on 1st party games. I just need me some Fallout, Brawl, and Mario evolved game.
