I run bf3 with surround gaming resoluton 5760 {5925 with bezzel correction} with dual titans and I average maxed out on everything in the 100 or more range and you can say that 60 is guaranteed 99% unless I hit some seriously heavy areas with almost everybody in it and then it dips to around 40 or so and that is rarely. So I can see this as being a true statement by AMD. Sense 60 fps can be easily achieved.
Starting to look like the old days with the dedicated API of the Voodoo Cards and this lines up perfectly with the steambox as when you got a dedicated api for a specific hardware the OS itself is not as important sense it is all through the API then the driver. A 760 gtx is capable of running this maxed out at 1080p. That is a sub 300 card. Regarding your BF4 comment at 60fps 1080p 64 players on the ps4 is not going to happen. The best you will see if 720p. This game is a re skin of assassins creed set in modern times. Hell it uses the same engine and in a lot of situations same icons and fonts. Reason it was pulled back was caused of AC4 . They realized you were going to be fed the same plate at about the same time. So it was pushed back to hopefully try to put some originality in it and wait till the AC4 high goes away.
