its about the pre orders. they know they dont have enough cosoles at the start. so they give real fans a head start in pre ordering them. if you got a mail it basically means you qualify for this early pre order thing.
why am I not surprised that COD is the first to say they don't offer a free upgrade to the next platform.

you are pretty much correct. the only difference would be sony sold the ps4 at the start for a net loss of around 60 dollars. so i geuss they did give some of it back to the players knowing they would earn the money back on the store and there own games, and the 60 a year for playing online. now apple sells you there products for an insane price. and the ps is specifically made for games. apple has a bunch of other apps it takes there money from aswell.

no games that run unreal engine wont be banned. epic wont force people that used the engine not to be sold on apple devices. and apple wont force games that are using the unreal engine that do follow the guidelines out of there platfrom. this is just your opnion that isnt based on anything.

its not a battle royal game. battle royal comes from a japanese movie that was dropping people of an island and they had to loot, kill and survive. that game is just playing a bunch of mini games and hope you win at the end. its not even based of battle royal becuase isimilar games existed before the battle royal games already. its still fun to play and nothing wrong with it. just doesnt fit the battle royal scene maybe it should get its own genre name.

Who says sony paid for the exclusive part of spiderman. right now the more likely story is the developer wanted to add characters. and when the subject came about spiderman they were clearly noted that sony has a say in this by disney. because of the recent deal they made they seem to have more say in the videogame rights of spiderman wich makes sense.

in what universe is focusing on games and not on sales numbers unnecessary. we are gamers we don't need to hear a sales pitch. we wanna see what games to what quality we can expect.

back to the fact that most critics giving it negative reviews were saying it should've been done by a Japanese developer. and the biggest gaming magazine in japan give it 40/40 3rd time to happen in history to a non japanese developer. i say it again accroding to there logic all there reviews should be removed since it should be done by a japanese reviewer.
this is amazing so all these reviewers say it isnt good because it wasnt made by a japanes developer. meanwhile japanese reviewers 40/40 perfect score best game ever. doesnt this technically nullify all those reviews if a japanese reviewer gives it a 10 and they aren't japenese reviewers all their reviews are bullshit now.

so far the only complaint i have seen of most people. is that the same reviewer's arent consistent. one game they adore the same mechanic and the other they blame it.
what reviewers are blaming this game to have is something only a handfull of games succeeded in doing. some say the witcher was to repatitive and that game is one of the open worlds that nailed it the most. horizon zero dawn scored a 9 eventhough its similair in many ways to this ...
the same reviewers gave assassin creed games 8 and 10. they are consistent reviewers. they praise one game for having a certain mechanic and blame the other game fro having it. there aren't many games that pooled of a giant world with no repetition

it was only for the games shown in gamescom. all of a sudden that list of plenty of games to show from gets alot smaller. the title is a bit missleading. but i hoped you understand there choice a bit better now.
