My comparison really isn't that much different. It's a restriction period. No matter how you twist it Sony is still restricting your options. The reason for the restriction is not "for the consumer". Why would you not LET THE CONSUMER DECIDED IF ITS WORTH THE MONEY OR NOT? I don't need Sony telling me what has value and what doesn't.

Your "problem" is not a problem at all. These days servers are used on a "needs" basis. The servers are not used ONLY for that game. Servers are opened up for the needs of the user. If no one ever plays Twisted Metal on PS Now then there will be 0 servers that are running TM. As soon as one person requests to play TM a server will THEN be reserved for that instance.

If u own an X1 but not a PS4 DC is irellavent. If you own both then your assed out of having a fun game on PS4. It's a losing situation.

Forza gets released with out weather and down graded and ppl lose there shit and bash the hardware of the X1 (Sony fanboys). Drive club gets pushed back almost a year and weather is added post launch and no one cares.

You say last gen as if that's a bad thing. These games were great for many reasons. Halo 2 was by far the best multiplayer in the series. They would have done great by doing a halo 2 aniv. Alone but to get the entire series is amazing.

MS needs to stop going first at E3. IMO had Sony went first last year and MS second this "war" wouldn't be full of nearly as much drama. Soooo it's evident digital foundry plays pixels and not games. It's it requires you to do math to figure out the difference between its resolution and w/e 1080p is then you obviously are just trying to start problems. I thought the game looked awesome. I actually live in Japan and for a while they have talked about the tax hikes. The whole country was literally just buying stuff ahead of time just to have bought it cheaper before the tax hike. If this was 1 year in to the console life I wouldn't be saying anything but the fact that the console just launched and so few japanese care to buy it before the tax hike...

The game hasn't been out for more then 4 months and it is already taking a $20 price cut . Other than steam who else doss that for a triple A title? Also taking into consideration that the X1 just launched as well. Again who has ever done that?

Yes these games are not the new releases but so what? $30 for 4 games is not a bad deal. I haven't bought a Madden game in years. Never bought a FIFA game either. But now I can play both for cheaper than if I bought them outside of EA Access. It gives me the option to play these games (maybe even get back into Madden ) for a cheaper price point. Plus I've never even played Peggle so that game is new to me. Plus the new fact that you get access to EAs new game...
