Would love Midtown Madness 4. Midtown Madness 3 was the only game I've ever enjoyed playing online. I played it ever night until the 360 arrived. It had a dwindling but dedicated fan base online that loved to just have fun.

There is one major problem with those pictures. How does liquid drip up? Does the Xbox One now defy gravity and leak? The vents that have the stain are on the top of the console so those are clearly pictures of someone who spilled something on to their Xbox One, and I do not want to know what.

Seems to be a rally style game to compete with Dirt. I don't want Forza to become a yearly title but if they make this more of a hybrid stand alone expansion pack for Forza 4 I'm all for it. You will never see an Xbox 720 for the same reason that the Xbox 360 was not called the Xbox 2. An Xbox 720 to the average consumer sounds inferior to even the PS3. When people hear the term 720 they immediately think 720p, not something you want everyone to think your console is when the PS3 kept touting 1080p and the next gen will likely be all 1080p. 3G, really? Why would we need 3G in a console that has to be plugged into a wall? I'm pretty sure I'm more likely to have access to wifi than power and an HD TV.
I think the next generation will require all games to be 1080P standard and focus on 3D combined with the Kinect. It'll also probably have a hybrid HD-DVD/Blu-Ray drive, Microsoft had a steak in HD-DVD and it will give easy copy protection to their games. They will also likely require that all games be available as an Xbox Live download on day 1 as well.
I always like the manual just for quick and easy access to the controls any time. It's so much easier to glance down and reference the controls page on a paper next to me than to pause and dig through the menus to find the controls. I wouldn't mind if consoles included a special phone app. Microsoft released their iOS app last week, what if that saw your Xbox on the network and automatically gave you the option to view the manual right from the app including that control page.
The picture part is a pathetic comparison. I would hope a modded version of a game designed for high quality graphics would look better on a $1,000 computer you just bought than a 6 year old $199 console. In a year when the next gen consoles come out and have the same graphics for $299-399 what images are going to be used to compare?
Funny the kid is 11 and the Microsoft use policy says you have to be 13 to use Xbox Live. Guess the parent doesn't know how to take care of her kids, I bet she's one of the ones that buys M rated games for them as well.
Rather lame, based on the title I though it was going to be a story about a shadow cast in a way that causes the Kinect to pick it up as a second player. This is more advanced but less cool.
Hate to break it to you guys but Forza has better environments. GT5 has better cars though.
I wonder how Sony feels about all the press photos that Euphonix released a few days ago of Joey Logano being one of the first (possibly first driver) to play the new NASCAR game. It was also being played on an Xbox 360 just to add to it, lol. This seems like the kind of thing Sony should have had in there sponsorship contract to avoid conflict. It's the equivalent of a driver having his photo taken while shopping at Lowe's on Wednesday and then driving a Home Depot car on Saturday.

This has been happening for years. It was done with Halo, Burnout, and Forza games. Why do people care now, nearly every big game with add-ons has done it. You paid more comparatively on day one for the ability to play the game for an extra year+. It's no different than the new Xbox and PS3 models. The early adopters paid more and got to use them for longer.
To the people saying that the ESPN justifies the $10 how so? I pay for ESPN on my cable and Xbox Live but I won't be able to view ESPN3 on my 360 because my cable company isn't one of the few with partnerships.
Overall though is this really a problem, who pays full price for Xbox Live? I've been buying on Amazon for $39.99 most years.
The real story is "why hasn't EA registered thesims4.com before?" because they should own every variant of "The Sims" including each with every number through 10. That's just standard practice as it's much cheaper to pay to keep a cheap domain than to pay thousands to get it when someone else has it and you want it.
So now we have the option to drive though:
1) Kinect
2) Controller
3) Steering wheel
in that order from casual to hardcore. What's the problem? Choose where you fit into the list and drive that way, no one is forcing you to do anything you don't want to they are just giving more options to choose from.
I agree, this never seemed like a game and doesn't seem to have any potential to transform into anything that could be classified as a game. It does have the potential though to show off the Kinects capabilities and I could see this being released through special order as a tool for helping children with social disorders gain skills and overcome some of their problems.

I hope they get back to the basics. It's been too long since we had a solid pure rally game. We don't need all these tricks and stunts in a rally game. The old Colin Mcrae titled games were great. The first Dirt was in line with them but then the later ones started to stray too far from the core purpose.
