I can't wait for this, PS1 library, possibly PS2 library, PSV library, and a few weeks after release NES, SNES...etc library. ;)
No need to worry about GT6 that'll be releasing 5 years from now.
I doubt it, WP7 integration is like that because of the hardware limitations of a phone, where as the hardware of a PC can more than handle anything from a console.

Xbox Live integration could be a big selling point for W8 so I doubt they would add it into W7 now.
